A true volunteer/helper is someone who helps others because he can, because he wants to, because he wants to contribute to the community, etc. This is why I, and others, have mad respect for players like "killedbyafork" (no idea why is name doesn't form a link) because they spend their time helping others, yet don't go on the forum asking for recognition or praise. Humble is key ;)

Nothing goes unnoticed for long. If you are not being noticed, the reason is simple. You are not doing enough. Keep up the good work. Keep helping people and of course, act a bit more maturely than you do now.

Heh, trollface.jpg often downvotes my post. Now I understand the reason behind this is disagreement or annoyance with the materials contained in the post but I don't see any point in doing the same to the 3d "artworks" I post on the forum. Needless to say he doesn't really like me and I'm afraid this might affect his decision when dealing with any of my offences.

A mature person keeps a difference in his professional and personal life. If you have a personal enmity with a doctor, it doesn't mean he will kill you when he is appointed to perform, say, an emergency surgery on you.

And for that reason we have the candidate stage- to see the worthiness of their position as staff member.

Becoming an admin is almost impossible. Those guys have spent a real, real long time with the community and are working in the staff for many years, being helpful to the community more than the potential. It's almost impossible to become an administrator of any section.

"Anything is possible." I think if any moderator puts their mind, heart, blood, sweat, and tears into their job, their more than qualified for the job. In the coming years, I'm very interested to see who'll become the next admin/s. I'm confident , "Ilia.Archangel", @williew, @MarineMan2, @hogree, "13rilliant"(Aka Remaine), and @falcosenna1 could fit the admin job just based on the work they provide for the community, but also newer moderators like , @lordmostafa and @M4D_GENiUS (to early to tell) also seem to be contributing ALOT. Not sure about chat moderators because some aren't as forum active.
