Who do you think could qualify for Tanki staff?

Well as I said them down voting my posts doesn't harm me in any way. I would like to thank them instead for giving reputation to those posts which would have gone without any reputation. :D

Just visited your reputation lists. I only hope the admins won't judge you based on that.

Of course not! Admins judge quality of posts and not how they are judged by others.

I wouldn't be so sure 'bout that. Reputation reflects the player's attitude towards you.

While this is true, how you interact with players also matters. So while you're potential, knowledge and working ability are taken into account, you're only an asset if you can have quality interactions with people. Furthermore, I have no clue how you managed to acquire over 2 THOUSAND posts in only approximately 4 months, but those numbers are insane. While this might be considered really getting in touch with the community, I see it as a bit hasty. Slow down and enjoy things. Furthermore, your posts usually say something that a Moderator would end up saying... you just get to post faster than them. Sometimes how you phrase things, your attitude, and general personality affect the way people respond. For example, I have an immense amount of power on the Forum, and previously as a Consultant in the game. Yet I wield this power in a humble fashion, and attempt to prevent things from turning into a stiff conversation. Try to loosen up, and maybe get away from the forum a bit. Get into the game and find some fellas who are just fun to play with, no formalities, just gaming.

Can I be a moderator?

PS: I've got good English!

just because you have good english doesn't mean you can qualify for the moderator job. Being a staff member takes a great amount of time, patience, and dedication. Prove yourself to the community and to the staff members and you never know ;)

Thanks for the advice :)

Unfortunately, I can't play the game much due to lack of computer ( My old one broke down).

BTW, since I have holidays, I spend around 12-15 hours on the forum everyday. That amounts to 100-150 posts a day. Two Thousand then seems like a small number ;)

As for communication with people, many of them have had conversations with me in PM or in a topic and have found my attitude good. It is true that I have said rather harsh things sometimes and entered into heated arguments ( Though I never swear or refuse to understand others opinion) and this has caused some players to have a not-so-sweet disposition.

That being said, I have no idea why ||.TheKing.||, megatank20, Der_Vergessene_Ein and a few people chase all my posts to give them a down vote

Anyway, Thanks again for the insight. :)

As long as your posts have an effect and have some meaning to them, I'm sure their alright. In school, one particular class I took focused on speeches and debating. Well, one thing I learned from that class was discussion was key to understanding things, having awareness, and being able to project your own opinions. Even though you do post quite a few comments a day, as long as their not spam, their alright (IMO). And besides, posting your own opinions and such is why the forum was created in the first place. Utilize your resources. Don't wait for something to happen before projecting a statement because by then, it could be to late. ;)

Very well said indeed. This maybe the exact reason why I won't be getting a reporter position. Though I always want to have a good friendly conversation with someone I always end up flaming it big tome until there's nothing left to be burnt :D I will be trying to change my habit, but well... That's me I guess :)

Shedinja, S.C.Y.T.H.E, mcmonkey25, and one other......

I mentioned scythe and mcmonkey25 somewhere in this page before they became staff.

They started counting -3 in the Staff VS Players topic and Rounoun was like "Hey, you guys aren't staff".

^ If there was a candidate reporter avatar, we would have it. But such an avatar doesn't exist yet, so we don't have any avatar. But I believe that the new reporters are just as much staff as a candidate forum moderator. (I am not sure of this)

they should list the candidates on the reporter page so players in the forum can be aware of who holds what position etc. Well.....congrats anyway :)
