Simple.

 

Leave 2 letters like L,K,J,H,V,C,X,Z and if the next player under you his nick includes those two letters you win.

You may not use open letters like: O,E,A,I,E

You may not use use the two letters that have been used by the last player. (if the last player used P,N, may you not use P,N)

Keep the useal rules of tanki.

Actually, you mean vowels (A/E/I/O/U/Y) and all the other letters are consonants. :)
