If you don't get reply in another 2-3 days then you can try sending them email again.

if they dont awnser me in 3 days i will send to them new e-mail :)

 

but in the same e-mail ? or change my e-mail and email them agein ?

Just email them asking for them to reply, i had done this it worked for me.

In the same email, otherwise you might have to answer all the questions again and do everything again, it will take long, so send them email from their reply, and which the "reply" button and then write your message, that's how you should do, and it will be more easy for tech support to understand what you are talking about, so always reply from their message by using "reply to this email" button.

mmm i think i will send to them a new email and tell them the number of my ticket and ask them about it

 

The title will be like this ( stolen account number  the ticket *** )

is that good ? it will work ?
