cannot post images

Whenever I click on the image icon in the forum box, after putting in the URL for imageshack, when pressing the Ok and Cancel button, nothing happens. When I go to press the x in the top right corner, a box pops up saying something like "settings have been changed. do you want to cancel the script" or something similar to that. This doesn't happen to any of the other icons except this one. Why and how can I fix it?

Make sure you are copying the "Direct link" from Image Shack.

And btw, there is an easier way:

 

 

• Take a picture using Lightshot (press "Prt Sc" on your keyboard).
• Select the region of the screen you would like to capture (using your mouse).
• Select the option to upload
• Go to the picture (use the link you get after uploading)
• Right click with your mouse to get a menu
• Select "Copy Image Location"
• Go to the forum.
• Click on this icon
• Paste the link you copied when you selected "Copy Image Location".
• Ta da :D

If you're using IE, then switch to Chrome. It fixed it for me.

You may also not be able to quote. That is the same reason. It's because IE faces a technical difficulty atm at several places

This was a problem I had on my old laptop so what I did was turned it onto the code version of the reply box then I when on tinypic.com and there is a special code for forum and chat group after you put in your picture copy that into code reply box the code reply box looks like a Light switch
