Enemy should not see health bar of opposing team .

"Enemy of Opposing team"?   :P

That's not the idea here, the idea is to show how much damage is dealt by your Turret.

That was not what Semyon commented on. That does not change the strategy of the game. It just lets you know how much protection someone has of your paint. He was talking about how much damage an enemy tank has taken (regardless of the source).

Hey, it's me again! I'm here to suggest I would this is a rewarding idea.

What it is is simple, when you shoot an enemy you can see how much damage you have dealt.

The idea should include.

-Damage Taken

-Damage Delt

MAYBE

-Damage Of Teammate

-Damage To Teammate

This idea WILL NOT tell the hp of the enemy!

BUT maybe you can see the HP of the hull of a teammate.\

This should also

-Be able to be removed via settings

-Try to not impact FPS

Anything you feel I missed reply below!

- Yours truly Dan  :D

I do not think that would add to the lag because the client can count that. I think it may affect FPS though.

I do not think this is necessary. I even think it is extra clutter on the screen. You better know how much damage your turret deals roughly anyway. You should be watching other tanks instead of doing a math test adding numbers as you play. :P

Lol I can just imagine all the numbers popping up on the screen during gold. XD

Sometimes the enemy doesn't want you to know just how much damage you dealt to him.....also, picking out the weak targets would be made too easy.

I think you can understand what is this about by only reading a tittle, but anyway I will explain it. When a tank gets damaged you should see points above which tells you how much you damaged the tank. For example, when a railgun m2 shoots hornet m2, you know how much health left for hornet. Around 25%. And hornet m2 has 138hp. So let's see, after railgun's hit, 25% of 138 equals 34,5, which means 34,5hp left on hornet, so railgun approximately dealt the damage 103,5. So those damage points would fade in and out above the tank like (-103,5), and players could know how much damage deals their turret, and should they MU it or not. I just gave an example for railgun, it's not always the same damage of course. For other turrets, which their strentgh gets low on bigger distances, it's same thing, points only show the dealt damage, and expressed numerical. You've probably met with this before in many other games, but do you think that it would be cool if this gets in this game?

Share your opinions about this.

I like, but it would only be good if you got something based on how much damage you did (and it should not show how much HP left, only damage dealt).

Hello,

I would love to have a "damagemeter" implemented.

As in for example WOW, you have a meter for how much damage you have done during a battle and can compare it to your opponents. This can be applied to a "healing done" meter.

You can have a powerup used and/or a powerups pickup´s.

A bit more details to the game, it cant be hard to collect all these data as they already are in the game.

I would love these features.

Thx for a great game!

The first time i read ze post iwas like"u want to know how much health i have?NO."

Thn again read it,and i realized it was only about making visible the amount of damage u have dealt. To me,this is a good idea.

Except,it might impact fps as others pointed out.Thats one minus. And for continuous fire turrets like twins,it becomes really annoying. And fire n freeze too.

But i have an idea for short range turrets

For short range turrets the damage dealt number will keep continuously increasing as long as ur damaging the enemy. So what do u guys think about tihs?

Exactly why it is bad. If you use railgun you still don't know whether the damage was maximum or minimum. Same goes for thunder's splash damage.

Minimum or maximum, the idea here is to show the damage dealt.

Other arcade games have this, but I can see why it would create trouble in tanki. As it is light hulls are targeted because of a perception of weakness.

I have survived on 1-5% health long enough to get many kills because enemies can't see how weak my shield-bearing Viking really is.

So No thanks to this.

Better to see enemy`s health bar.If you are experienced player you will know how much exactly dmg you do and how much shots you need to blow up enemy`s tank.Except situations where there are MU m3s hulls and paints where you don`t know their stats for sure.

I could stand here and talk all day about how seeing the opponent's health bar would break Tanki. But I won't, and I'll only cover the major points.

1. The tankers target weak people

2. Killstealing would be dead

3. The numbers are just confusing

4. Much guesswork of TO battles would be removed. Probs same reason drugs weren't shown when they were introduced

So basically, you want to see enemy's health bar? No, thank you. We don't want to destroy the game.

Yeah, that pretty much sums it up.
