FPS lag in flash player of windows XP

hey all,

 

i have problem with flash player of windows xp,which goes laggy(fps lag) all time,low fps

 

what to do?

 

My PC specs:

 

AMD HD5450 2G video card screen res: 1024*768

 

Ram:2GB

 

Harddisk: 500 GB

 

Cpu: Intel Dual Core

 

i use windows xp gold professional

 

almost all browsers checked

 

eset antivirus

 

wireless connection

What is the minimum FPS on your browser when playing TO?

 

It is common that the Flash Player seems to have FPS lags if compared with that of Browser. Weird.

my fps when using full graphics,minimum is 35, normal without full affect is 50-60, high with less graphics is +65

 

i almost tried all of the browsers and applications,it seems that there is a problem with monitor since its cable damaged,

 

,i will get it repaired. i have refresh rate of 60 and lower now,normal is 85 hz for me. that s why everthing is laggy
