Not Enough Gold Boxes

Hey guys, I was recently thinking that gold boxes don't drop enough in Tanki. One time I was playing on Noise and I had to wait 6 games for another gold box to drop. I think Tanki would be much more fun if gold boxes dropped every 15 minutes. For example, if you were playing a 15 minute game, 1 gold box would drop, and if you were playing in a 60 minute game, 4 would drop

Golds don't drop/minutes. The golds drop  according to the speed of growth of the battle fund. Per 7000 crystals in the battle fund/one gold box, although I'm almost sure , after many tests about how often GoldBoxes drop,that it's more like 1/8500.

Hmm. GB drops quite randomly as we all already know and due to that reason not all see much GBs.

 

As for your idea - I don't believe a GB per 15 or 60 minutes would be a great idea. Players can simply create some 15 minutes battle(s) private and wait for a GB and take it for free. If you suggest that it shouldn't be a private battle, then it still isn't accurate enough as one can easily invite couple of friends to fill up the battle and take turns for Gold Boxes, so on and so forth.

 

Suggesting it as a PRO battle mode still wouldn't be convenient enough as well - the above two reasons are applicable in that situation as well.

Incorrect.

GB rate is upon "factors of a battle" to explain this situation better. It works as; GB/7000(i.e. Gold is a single factor out of 7000)

I just think that at the higher ranks, it is harder to get upgrades and micro-upgrades fast enough. Plus, with more goldboxes, Tanki would be much more fun, because there's basically always a mosh pit where the gold box is, and it's fun to go in there even if you don't get it. I think it would also be kind of cool if a 1000 gold box dropped every 15 minutes, and then maybe a 2k gold box dropped as rarely as a regular gold box is currently.

I saw 2 Gold Boxes drop in the space of 2 seconds.......the drop rate is totally random.

If this is in the game:

• Gold Boxes would cease to be rare, and therefore, less exiting.
• Gold Boxes would become more of a distraction, a disturbance, and a disruption to the game-play.
• Mults would get free crystals. Who else thinks this is the worst part? Honest and fair players would be left in the dust...... -_-

Honest and fair players aren't getting enough gold boxes. The good players that love this game and are truly dedicated to it don't get enough of a reward. They put a lot of hard work into this game just like me. (Not saying I'm a good player or anything)

I agree there aren't enough at your rank, as soon as i ranked up i now see at least 1 gold a day because the prize fund is bigger obviously. Lower ranks have lower prize funds, so less goldboxes

Hello,

 

Gold boxes are dropped by the server and they fall randomly. For me, the gold box system in the game is good.

This idea is bad (for me), because this would increase the multing problem.
