Again, I'd very much like to open a poll and let the numbers decide what should happen to drugs, but Tanki has made very clear that they don't want that to happen. Probably because they can forsee the results.

 

And yes, I can accept the fact that I have no proof and may be wrong. But you must realize that I also could be right. We just have no way of telling yet (again, I want an open poll).

 

(Also, if it's possible, could you avoid posting memes? I find them more annoying than funny.)

So the result of the poll would be all the cry babies would vote 'I hate drugs and whoever uses drugs is a hooligan' option, And the drugging players would vote 'nowt wrong with drugs, Im sick of my ears bleeding from the crying' option.

A poll wouldn't prove much because druggers would have no interest in giving it the time of day. Only those passionate about hating druggers will respond and bias cannot be avoided. 

 

I have made an effort to analyse over 6000 posts in this topic and I posted my findings. They indicate that only a few people post and complain frequently, making it seem like it's a bigger problem that it really is. So no, you are not right. 41 people here are responsible for posting over 75% of the posts and many of those are druggers. You're deluding yourself if you think non-druggers are the majority by extrapolating on what you think is the case for this topic or the games you play in.

Of course supply boxes aren't going to be removed, nerfed, or eited -- they're one of the best parts of the game, and I'm pretty sure everyone likes supply boxes.

I'm getting tired of little noobs crying about drugs, all the time. Saying that we don't have "skills". Look, if you can't handle the drugs, go to a PRO BATTLE. There isn't any drugs there, so you could stop crying about them. Or then, buy drugs yourself, for example a drug kit. Those are great to get drugs on a cheap price. If you don't want to use your crystals to buy drugs, then use the 1st option: go to a pro battle.

I know how frustrating druggers can be. But people use them to get an advantage on the battlefield, and that's what they were made for.

I don't see drugging as an issue. Don't like them? Go to a pro battle. Or then buy drugs so you can fight the other druggers.

In professional tanki ive seem drop boxes be as bad as drugs....

People don't care what do you call a drop box with a DD. A supply or a drug. It's the same thing. Well, at your rank some people might see the difference as very important, like you. But if this is your alt. account and are a Gismo, then I'm a little bit surprised.

Drugs is literally a NICKNAME for drugs. The reason why it came about was because the old repair kits had a needle on them (yes I think you get the reference). Supplies and drugs are the SAME THING. I'm not trying to picking sides here. Stop twisting everything that I say/do

I know what alphaninjagirl means to say:

Drugs take a button to push and activate + SCD.... drop boxes take going to it first after it drops + there a are a very limited ammount.

 

The reasons why i think they are the same is:

The moment one team takes all the boxes in the center, they have an uperhand for the rest of the game. Therefore a mult in a team can make the team lose drastically

Elaborating on the "drugs aren't supplies thing"...

 

I've always said that drugs are activated with the 1-4 keys. The reason I dislike them is because a) it takes zero skill to activate them, b ) you can activate many at the same time (DA/RK is an infamous combo), and c) since a drugging career is rather expensive to upkeep, a lot of druggers are buyers as well, meaning they have kits and/or premium.

 

Supplies, on the other hand (IMO) refer to supply boxes that fall from the sky. Activating them is as simple as running into them, yes, but you have to be at a certain place at a certain time. And since all maps have designated drop zones to balance the battle (and since they don't fall very often), they're much more balanced than drugs.

 

A drugging team can always dominate a team that uses supplies.
