Reduce power of garage supplies

Just give up no one cares... I know I shouldn't be saying this but its the truth, Tanki just wants money nothing else. Have they ever asked how we like the game? Have they ever done a good update that doesn't include paying more? They haven't even judged this topic just ignored it. Supplies should be reduced but they won't reduce it cause they want money. While we argue are heads off their probably on a beach relaxing with no care about us or what we think. Just give up Tanki isn't gonna change... no point of trying Tanki X I mean the creators of Tanki made it so its not gonna be such a good game.... If Tanki really cared they'd put a limitation on supplies but they don't... they just make them easier to get. So no point of arguing anymore nothing is going to change. They even made XT equipment for buyers.. No point its all over. Just go to World Of Tanks, they have better graphics voice chat (optional) and no supplies. More weapons and you can destroy the houses. So World Of Tanks is much better.

We need to spread this. We really do. Maybe not the WoT part though, just the problems with tanki

Reduce garage PK and DD by 50%.

Reduce PK and DD smart cooldown times by 40%

 

DA and Nitro remain as is.

 

Field drops stay the same.

 

 

Druggers can still drug at shorter intervals but will not be too OP.

Druggers want to keep drugging - check

 

Non-druggers should be able to compete better since the power of key drugs have been cut.

Non-druggers getting a chance to fight on fairly even grounds - check

 

The smart cooldowns means druggers can drug more often, use up more supplies faster, thus would have the need to buy more supplies.

Developers getting paid - check

I'm not denying that I think supplies as a whole could use a nerf, however...

I do not actively state my opinion and do not rudely insult those with a different opinion.

In my opinion, supplies should be handled like special attacks in Tank Hit: You can equip three and you enter a battle with a set number of them, further upgrades improve their aspects by making them have more uses, stronger, etc...

I feel like it could work here, and might even open the doorway for new supplies with different effects.

I am truly curious how the new drug pricing will influence the drug-abuse of some vs non-druggers.

 

And I feel sorry for the free to play druggers, that liked to play in "all druggers vs all druggers" battles and cant do this any more.

The thing is in Vlog's in YouTube videos supplies aren't really used (unless parkour). Supplies are just outdated. Fighting just purely on your skill, modification and now your alteration has become the new skill. Its more fun like this. Supplies just get boring. Its not fun anymore if supplies are included.

Okay, so clearly you completely misunderstood what I typed. I was referring to jumping from TO to WoT; my apologies if I had insulted you.

I forgot to say in my last post that I don't stay in losing teams I've joined when I see everyone loafing around. No point wasting time (and now less cheap supplies!) for non-triers. Takeovers require brave and smart teammates - or hopeless enemies, but it's boring - and result in a terrific shot of adrenalin ^_^

Of all the takeovers I've done, I especially remember about this one: 0 - 8 when my bros, mates, pals and I joined (each "olé" means 2000mc has been destroyed). This is how the game should be 24/7: competitive players and tactics to lead your team to victory!

 

Ps: you'll notice how softly I whisper to my teammates to encourage them :D

Stalemates aren't a losing game per se, but a game where both sides are playing equally terribly with a few competent flag runners or Visa warriors, and those are fine in my book.

I know it's hopeless to just join a 9-2 CTF just for the sake of being a hero, but I at least try to be helpful where I can without draining my already low supply count and save those for a more productive use.

True, I don't have the rescources to be a hero. If I had a part-time job, I'd buy a few supply kits and Tornado, Atlas, or Minotaur.

THEN I could possibly be a hero... Or an omnipotent neutral force...  :ph34r:

Some people suggested the limitation of own supplies per game. Lets call it: max level of supplies per game mode

See below how it could look like on the supplies banner (bottom center of the battle screen):

You would find 2 set of number per supplies separated by a slash: [ # / # ] instead of just one as now.

As an example for repair kit [ 4 / 21 ]

  First number on the right is the amount available : 4

  Second number is the amount left in you garage: 21

 If max number for 15 minutes game is set to 6: then you would start the game with these [ 6 / 21 ] 6 repair kits available (and you have 21 in your garage which include the 6).

If you play a 30 minutes games (2 * 6 = 12): [ 12 / 21 ] 12 repair kits available (and you have 21 in your garage which include the 12).

 

If you join a game and 10 minutes are left you would have 4 repair kit available [ 4 / 21 ].

If 5 minute left you would have 2 repair kit [ 2 / 21 ]

 

When one repair kit is used, both number will decrease by one: before use [ 6 / 21 ] => after use [ 5 / 20 ].

Start of the game: [ 6 / 21 ]

1 used => [ 5 / 20 ]

2 used => [ 4 / 19]

....

all used => [ 0 / 15 ]

 

Each max supplies is reload automatically up to 6 when the next game start therefore no need to go back to the Garage: example last 15 minutes game finished and you had for repair kit [ 0 / 15 ] then you would start the new 15 minutes game with repair kit [ 6 / 15 ].

 

If you start a 60 minutes game and you you have loads of kits [ 24 / xxx ] however if you have less than 24 kits (lets say 21 then it will show your maximum as only 21 kits then you with repair kit [ 21 / 21 ].

I think those are a smokescreen and a flash bang supply (ideas that were proposed in the "Ideas for supplies" section).

I found this guy's post around in the new balance update thread, I wante to share it with you, as it is just hillarious :D :D :D ;)
 

I don't care for the freak like changes in the so called balance. It is not necessary at all because it just moves the game slightly in the one or in the other direction. I would not change as much as tanki does, then whatever.
What is killing the game is that game play is more dependent on power ups now. In my opinion it is not a gameplay - game anymore, but now indeed a power up - game shoot m up sort of thing. I experience tanki online as follows:

An enemy tank - Press 3 - shoot - yeah kill - some wasp somewhere?
Race to a power up - Press 2 - still double damage shoot - yeah kill
Aaah a railgun behind me - race to another power up around the corner - aah I am hit - Press 1 and heal
Can I press 3 again? - yes press 3, turn around and shoot the rail gun. Just made it.
More wasps around? Over there 2 wasps excellent still double damage yeah shot kill shot kill.
Aah I am hit, oh blast he is drugged.
Chat: "you f****g druggers"
Re chat: "you drug yourself all the time"
"No I dont' but now you force me to'
Press 3 shot kill yeah
etc

My question is if this how the game play is meant to be?
Yes I am done. I will keep doing some missions between my own accounts and the accidental game that does play a bit, maybe. Looking for another game. Suggestions?

is right, unfortunately these supplies don't exist (THEY are to busy making updates) just idea from tanker.

They are indeed the smokscreen supply and the flash bang grenade.

It's the same old situation even after the rebalance. Just quit a noise battle early because of a team of isidas with non-stop DD and repair kits. At my rank at least 50% of battles are unplayable.
