why do u need leader to be available? why not coleader instead? our clan has been missing so many wars because of such excuses. i understand there might be some specific need to attend to so they cant come. but why not just pass on responsibilities to other high-classed members instead?

We waited for a long time but apparently they were doing the war another clan called ENH exactly at the time they were supposed to war us I said we won by default some of their members were online spectating the war and they said their leader did not inform them about the war, Iron said its not our fault I said why don't we war now to the co-leader since the they were separate members in the lobby spectating cause there was no space, The co-leaders of B.Z.D know nothing (One of them surrendered in a war) No offence B.Z.D so we waited for their 2 rounds to end but they were in the battle forever and we did all the practice and training's for nothing.

 

I want them to accept their lost and put it in their clan page right now.

that was my point. they didnt do anything, its just the leaders mistiming and leadership skills. and thats why tanki admins say that leadership role is not for everyone.

The leader was my friend he used to be in ENH but they did not give him co-leader position when he deserved it and allot of stuff they did were unfair.

 

So he left the clan and made his own and he does not have allot of skill at leading I am trying to help him out tho.
