Also guys,I never tell anyone my crystal count or the equipment because I like the element of surprise. So tomorrow I shall post all the equipments I bought on my alt and main and give me feedback on it if it was worth buying.There is just one turret which I'm pretty sure everyone will find unnecessary to waste cry on but I like it and it annoys a lot of tankers so I bought it :3

I shall post it tomorrow and if I'm lazy then day after tomorrow.

Clan needs more organisation in training - most of the members had no clue that you could use hunter in StarLadder (didn't know what light format was), some people did not know what sltv was and this is the most sad part about it, a member didn't know it was training.

 

No one knew what they were doing (in the slightest) the game we had was nothing short of stupid, after I brought hunter (as we were training light format) - some people decided that Railgun/Mammoth/Prodigi was a suitable combo (while everyone was using rail). Some people were trolling and just ruined the training, the only proper training that happened in that session was after 8 or 9 people left and we had a small but proper match.

 

Playing XP isn't wrong but I think someone needs to explain how StarLadder matches work to ALL members in the clan as only DFLMNNO, Rohrmeister, and I had the slightest clue as to the functioning and how these sort of games work. 

 

@Truthteller, not to sound rude but you need to sort your clan out. Members calling each other noobs is not supportive and won't help in clan progression, I suggest you add some more rules to get it organised (just a suggestion). 

 

@Everyone else, take it in your own hands to understand how the game works and how teamwork works, you going off by yourself and getting annihilated is NOT teamwork. Calling your own clan mates noob and not attending training is not helping anyone including yourself.

 

This isn't having a go at anyone but these problems need to be sorted out ASAP. Otherwise I doubt this clan will progress further than simple xp clan wars on maps that no one plays competitively, I'm not so sure about this happening as it hasn't happened for over 10 months. If it doesn't happen soon I probably will leave because I would want to be in a clan that does progress, and I don't see myself in this one in the state it is in now.

Duo, VV is our old clan, Venomous Vipers, and the situation was almost the same as this clan's situation.

It is a recurring condition, yes, it happens in all the clans, but if you get through that phase, and people who don't know how SLTV works pay attention during this phase, it works out well. 

Also, it's not that most people didn't know what SLTV was. It's just that, in training, we prefer to use XP, and when a hunter suddenly showed up, it created chaos. Next time, please ask before changing your equipment. I know it's light format, but if nobody is using paints at all, then it's a really unfair advantage. Thanks.

Dude, you want to know how we managed 10 months of our Rangership? Then real the pages 1 to 100 we do tell others noobs because we do it for fun only not seriously..hurting anyone or scolding anyone is not the main aim of this clan. We never mean anyone noobs or anything?we just say it for fun. And besides truth knows how to maintain the clan well...which he maintained from the beginning..so i hope there won't be any problems in future..regarding this topic..and as far as about SL we are currently working on it..iron has decided to make this clan SL part...currently he is inactive.. As soon as he is here..we will be in SL..anyways thanks for the suggestions..but we should all leave this to the leaders..

I said I was changing to a hunter before the 2nd round. And most people didn't know what it was, I had to explain what it was to some people. And on multiple occasions and someone said it was training for SL. I was not at fault in any single way.

 

 

 

That's beside the point, I never said this clan has never managed. I only said that this had been a recurring problem for that period of time.

 

Again that post was my opinion - the leaders can take it on or turn around and ignore it. I don't mind, but it would affect my decision on staying in this clan.

I agree with Duo, I have seen members calling each other noob when they do mistakes, instead of saying noob u should tell me don't do this and give him tips... :mellow:

Our training is not that good, what happened in last training was players of VV vs URR , it was just like that -_- all the VV wanted to get in one team, Michael  was abusing badly ironkumar (whatever) and DFL and DFL and ironkumar were abusing Michael  badly, idk why :/

 

And just because of this I left the training -_- + it was boring half of the players were not playing

Guys look it was cuz these ppl couldnt understand each other, like mihael is playing this game from 2 years and he thought he is better, so just a bit of a hustle and now its good its settled down.... And when i say u ppl to improve these things, ur reply is, "abdullah does nothing but take everyone's weaknesses and doenst cares about his" -_- , and for this we dont need a rule, as we start training with each other, we will learn everybody's weaknesses and good things and then we will prosper like Superia, thnx to Ben( dont say something about this xD)
