and no one actually answered my question (razor is an exception,but he didn't actually tell us if that is a good idea but i get his point) 

the most active members should make training's..even if only 2 people online it is always useful to train them....

 

and remember this.."a person in a clan may be good..may his friends the same..we all have our weaknesses..and we are nothing without our clan..all are equal..all have weaknesses...and together we are strong..."

well if thats the case,then abdulla_RMA or me will host trainings for everyone..just add us and alot of this clan is inactive in the game but not the forum so whaddya guys think..no? okay nvm

I'm sorry I didn't answer your question.This post is short so don't worry.

Instead of asking them to add you, add them yourself.Invite them if you see them online whenever your hosting a training session.Also, male sure you check your friend list in between two rounds of training to invite players who came online during your battle.

And no, comparing the list of members and the people who post in the clan page,majority of the players who post are people outside the clan.Very few from the clan post here regularly.So technically speaking, this clan is inactive on the forums too.

But like I said, SOME members are active ingame and they have to be the ones who have to host trainings.Even 2v2s are a good way to train.Good Luck!

If that's the case? Wow, you guys were waiting for truth to host trainings all this time?That has always been the case.Truth was never known for being an active player.You guys should have gotten this sudden sense of responsibility ages back.

And yes, inactivity of members can happens in almost every clan.Even the leaders go inactive in some cases (like right here).Dont blame anyone for inactivity.They probably have some issue(s) to deal with.I just had a look at the application for this clan.Why did you people reply to the last question with a "yes"? Are you really being loyal to the clan.Well if this is called loyalty, you took its meaning the wrong way.Fine!I'll give you the solution to inactive members since you guys cant do anything but complain about them-

Make a PM with the inactive player, leader and co leader and ask the player to be more active.The leader WILL come and have a look at some point.If the player doesn't reply even after a week, tell the leader in the same PM to kick him out.Like I said, the leader will check at some point and will have to kick the person out.

Before anyone says that you've already tried this, ill help you out here too.I wont say how, but I've already started working on it.

Most of you have probably seen my clan page.Ever wondered why there is no subdivisions between the members,leaders and co leaders? It seems stupid doesn't it.It doesn't even state who the leader is.

Was it done by purpose? Yes.It is.

What's the reason for this? Most would say it was to make the clan page shorter.Yes,it does make the page shorter.But that isn't why i made it that way.Its to prevent matters like this.All members are equal.The members in the clan have equal responsibility to that of mine.It is the division in the clan page that makes the leaders and coleaders get a higher post than the members.This is what made the members more irresponsible.

If you were in a clan in which everyone is equal and a problem like this arises, you cant get away by just saying "I'm just a member".

Think about it.There's a handful inactive players in URR, including the leader.But id say that its about time you realized that a leader only arranges battles and took care of the clan page.Other than that, a leader is just like any other member.Stop blaming truth for everything.Its not totally his fault.The members have an important role to play too.Remember, "A clan is nothing without its members"

This is probably soo pointless.Most of you probably just ignored this.
