thanx tanki for making me play for 3 hrs, being in 1st place, spending 13K scrstals on drugs, using them and the biggest thanx to ur awesome server which disconected me 15 seconds before battle end :) i just love this game..the fund was almost 20 000

Try sending a mail to help@tankionline.com with sufficient proof such as a screenshot of the battle with the list of all players (pressing tab) and they might surely help you.

Be sure to explain the problem properly and providing enough proof.

No one takes screenshots by press tab on a normal daily battles.he might need to post the error window with time and date.

I got a video, but as that..i wont be polight but.. sh*t came on me i couldnt use supplies go in friends, press tab etc.. only moove and shoot...without. killing

aNd u think they will help me? If they havent helped me ~6 times.. i dont think this time they will, they dont care about low levels

At least try once using that video, theres no harm in trying, they won't like put on a ban you coz you mailed them.

They helped me when my bro's acc got hacked (WO3), so try to give them the video, and hope they will give you your reward. gl (ik how you feel, happened to me few times...)

II still have an ongoing issue with them about something else where they have STILL NOT REFUNDED ME or given me my intended weaponary or added support for those kind of purchase after multiple emails

They do help, the thing is you need to be patients, tech support gets lots of email from other players as well, you're not the only one sending them email. Therefore you need to wait, they will get back to you as soon as possible :)

i got theire reply but they dont help me anyways.. as always, they said that there arent enough things that provide it.. i had video, i couldnt press tab go in friends , garage etc., and i got disconected, but now they are saying that the need screenshot of players and that I have left the battle

Yep.. they didnt help my little acc and now it hapened on this acc, thanx a lot and i got back in 2 min. Only.. the map wasnt there (private map) i was in 1st place... i think i've wasted 2yrs ,~100 euro and they dont help me in problems where..ahh never mind they wont help me anyways it just useless to talk to them ;(

If not given equitable material that would keep the process going to accommodate you, then they can't just give you crystals for no apprehension.
