It's really annoying to hear to call 'help@tankionline.com' do you guys know that in Gmail and Hotmail errors when you're trying to send a message?

There are no errors for me. I use hotmail. Could you please tell us what error do you get? A picture would do fine.

You're basically supposed to Email tech support in which you must state your problem/request or whatnot. Since Hotmail or Gmail are of the theme Email, you shouldn't have any problem at all.

 

You must try using the Mailing feature of your PC(if you're using a Laptop, you should find a small 'letter-like' button near the 'Tab' button or nearer to that area. Click that). I'd prefer that to the least when it comes to writing to Tech support. ;)

You must type " help@TankiOnline" in search in email while sending an mail

Gmail and Hotmail don't have errors when sending to that email address if the email is incorrect it wont send.

The first time you mail them, it takes 12 hrs for them to reply to you.... so it might not be an error , As long as you send to help@tankionline.com there will not be an error. If this persists , just use a different email or the one attached to you acc.
