Automatic Anti-Flood System needs Improvement

Haven't u guys observed that we get banned from for 24 hours, in a battle, like say when u were telling them something which was too long, or something like that...

I suggest that before the anti-flood system activates and bans a tank, it should first of all observe the situation completely..

that means, that like only one player is continiouslty posting to chat without any reason..then he should be first warned, then if he still posts 2 or more messages in the same battle continiuosly, then the tank should be banned..

The Anti-Flood System does not even warn before banning...bad..

else like in a situation that two or more tanks are continiously chatting..the system should see that it is getting replies from both the side, so it is no need to activate anti-flood, as it is not flooding, but a mere chat going on..

I may have to disagree with a few points of yours, you will get a warning first, but you might have not noticed, warning is a sure only for the 'first' time.

And yes, sometimes, it bans a tanker for not a much of a serious reason.

Well, if you get a ban like a day or a week, you can take a pic of the whole chat and report to help@tankionline.com they'll see the situation and decide what to do next. (Yes, I was once banned for a day, I took a picture and sent them, they realised there was no need of a ban there and I got unbanned just after 5 minutes, or else I would've have to stay without talking for a whole day)

i also have done it many times bro..they always unban me..but yesterday when i talked to help@tankionline.com, they told that i must post it to here...

their chat is deleted for others....but not for the player..so as hey may take screenshot to report...
