Vulcan has some OP factors that should be changed.

  • Due to the gyroscope effect that it has its aim cannot be blocked nor knocked off easily. Yet it give a tank the inability to turn properly. For a couple of bullets that small they shouldnt have that much impact.
  • Basically all Vulcan users use Mammoth and Titan and they dont even bother about the overheat because a single touch of freeze or isida, for like 3 seconds puts the fire out.
  • Its long range that also gives the knockback from any distance.
  • The bullets arent completely visible in forest areas.

Hammer itself shouldnt even be called a short range turret.

  • It can penetrate a tank from one end of Sandbox to the other, leaving the opponent with 3/4 or less than 1/2 health left.
  • The spread of the bullets dont scatter, they go in a triangle format.

Also for both turrets the user basically only uses Double power. Its not fair when they use all the time as they respawn since they can kill every other tank except Dictator, Titan, Mammoth in two shots on double power.

For vulcan can you guys set the amount of time thats needed for an Isida or freeze to cool off the turret. Lets say 4.4 seconds maybe?

And for Hammer shorten the range a little bit and make the bullets scatter a little bit. Like 5 of the bullets should scatter everytime  a round is shot, and keep everthing else the same.

dont worry these turrets will be nerfed u just have to wait until that happens the main reason tanki is doing this is to increase the popularity of the 2 new turrets & of the new paints

hammer and vulcan have their PROS and CONS leave them alone tanki will eventually "balance them" in the near future :p

Those two guns are probably the ones I fear least. To say that they are OP is simply absurd, IMHO.

Vulcan m2 is underpowered, your probably complaining because you are vs them at you rank or drugging, at my rank its balanced and at m3 with m3 gameplay its balanced, no changes needed

All I have to say is.... Vulcan is meant to be a long ranged Turret and Hammer is meant to be a Medium ranged Turret....

No no no, perhaps you cant read. Tanki's videos and posts about Hammer all said that Hammer is a new Short range Shotgun. Besides why would they make it medium ranged? It has to much damage and impact to stretch across a map like that. Also it would be basically like Thunder just without the reload time and range.

You MOD's barely even play so of course you have nothing bad to say about the turrets.

Hello this is the future since the turrets were released. I personally dont like Vulcan since it turns the opposite direction of your tank on its own. But its the fact that Most, and im saying most Vulcans use mammoth. They dont even have to worry about stopping. They will have freezes and Isidas to heal them. But think about it. If something were overheating it wouldnt take 2 seconds to cool it down. It probably takes 2 minutes. It also knocks your tank, and makes its turning just messed up. Didnt i mention all this in the first post?

Hammer, its a perfect weapon but people use double power with it as soon as they respawn and thats not fair, since they basically take 1 shot on DP to kill hornets and wasps. I dont know of anyone who has bought any of those cheap paints tanki released for the turrets. They dont offer good protection from more than one weapon. The only ones are Lumberjack, Africa, Atom and i forgot the rest. Besides the fact that its range stretches so far isnt fair either. None of the other short range turrets, do that.

Okay......Vulcan has disadvantages:

  • Heat-Up
  • Slow Turret Rotation when firing.
  • The Barrel Rotation Charge before firing

And Advantages:

  • Unlimited Ammo
  • Gyroscope
  • You can easily target tanks on higher or lower levels.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hammer has Disadvantages:
  1. Limited range. (I have no idea why you said that Hammer can hit a tank from one end of Sandbox to another and take away 3/4 or 1/2 HP, it can't even hit the target from that far away.)
  2. Pellets are wide-spread. (Although, this can be an advantage if you can hit multiple targets, but then you might not be able to score a kill if the damage is split.)
  3. Slow Reload after 3 shots.
  4. Unable to reload before 3 shots are fired.
And Advantages:
  1. High Damage. (At close range.....)
  2. High Turret Rotation. (In comparison to Railgun.)
  3. 3 Consecutive Shots can destroy most Hulls, depending on how many Pellets hit the target.
You're asking for:
  1. Also for both turrets the user basically only uses Double power. Its not fair when they use all the time as they respawn since they can kill every other tank except Dictator, Titan, Mammoth in two shots on double power.
  2. For vulcan can you guys set the amount of time thats needed for an Isida or freeze to cool off the turret. Lets say 4.4 seconds maybe?
  3. And for Hammer shorten the range a little bit and make the bullets scatter a little bit. Like 5 of the bullets should scatter everytime  a round is shot, and keep everthing else the same.
  1. It's the tanker's decision to use supplies, and that is perfectly fair.
  2. Why limit an Isidas' best aspect? You are basically saying "You can't help this person". What's the sense in that?
  3. Now this I might agree on, but then Hammer would be Under-Powered, which, from reading your post, is exactly what you want.
Now, on a different note, this section should probably be renamed to "Ideas, Suggestions, and Complaints."
'Cause that's what it feels like when I read these topics, physical pain is my stomach. No one can be happy and content these days.......
Wow you people act as if I don't know the disadvantages to these turrets. I know of the disadvantages of Vulcan. But use your eyes. What is the most used hull class for that turret?  Its the heavy class. Mammoth and titan are the most used hulls for vulcan. Also the start up thing for vulcan barely lasts two seconds. Oh and if I complain to much then bring one of tankis stupid turrets and blow my head of you mook I'm tired of your nonsense saying I'm complaining. If tanki thought I was complaining to much why didn't they restrict my access to the forum or to the game. I'm sorry do I have to fish through those V-Logs that tanki claims to work on all week andvquote Semyon Kirov?
I do use my eyes, and I see Light Hulls being used with Vulcan as well as Heavy Hulls, but Heavy Hulls are described as a "Preferable" Hull to use with Vulcan in the Vulcans' garage description! And I agree! But you know, Light Hulls equipped with Freeze can easily take out one of these at close range, especially because of the slow rotation when firing. I've witnessed it first-hand. But, keep in mind that this combo (Mammoth/Titan+Vulcan) is no picnic at long ranges, nor is it meant to be.
Trust me, it's enough to be a serious disadvantage at times.
Are you asking me to kill you because you complain too much? :huh:
The rules don't say anything about complaining. You're not breaking the rules, I was just stating how tired I was of reading complaint topics.
What are you trying to say here?
Heh lol I use freeze. Guess what I can't circle an isida or hammer at will. Their rotation speed is to fast for their damage, and besides isida already has self heal. But forget about that vulcan has unlimited ammunition and they can of course always use repair kit and double power or double armor to save them. Since the update for medium and heavy hulls to gain more health freeze can no longer kill a mammoth with one full charge. it can only do that to titan. Besides why does viking deserve extra health its used more than hornet in every battle mode.
  1. Freeze can circle Hammer and Isida, but you have to stay behind the Turret. I know it's hard because of other people shooting at you, but it can be done.
  2. Vulcan has unlimited Ammo. That is a good aspect, but the Slow rotation speed while firing makes it vulnerable to Freeze. They can also use supplies, but that's their decision, and I haven't met a tanker yet who hasn't done that at one time or another. Including me.
  3. Since the update, the heavier Hulls have gotten more popularity. That's good right? Hornet was too popular IMO. Don't get me wrong, I liked it very much, but I used Mammoth and Viking as well and they're even better since the update.
  4. "Freeze can't kill a Mammoth with one charge anymore" Yes it can, but you need to spend money on MUs. Now, if you're playing without MUs, then I guess you'll have to rely more on your teammates to help, or you need to circle it and wait for recharge.
  5. The Developers are constantly trying to make everything in the game popular, Maps/Passes/Supplies/Turrets/Hulls/Paints, and if one item is way more popular, for example, Hornet > Viking, then they give Viking a Armor Boost to balance it out. Makes sense, don't you think?
Problem is that some guns have advantages and disadvantages, but disadvantages are easy to adapt, but someones are not.
After some tactics, these guns be OP.
For all guns, there should be some disadvantages that hard to adapt or not possible.
the thing about freeze is that you have to keep circling your opponents since the freeze effect doesn't last that long. Also you will need to keep rotating because you have limited ammo.
 NUmm yeah that's what you gotta deal with. Look at my rank. I gotta  deal with field Marshall's and generalissimo.
wouldn't it make sense if you could renew your passes? It would because you wont have to worry about buying it full price when there is a pretty decent sale.
I will reply to the rest of this later on my computer.
Vulcan is way too powerfull. If isida cover vulcano back it has too much fire power by fare. Like we are fighiting with guns and apponend has machingun. It is not fair at all.
Twin had lost all his power and it is not popular at all in DM. And if you comapare prices and fire power of Vulacano and Twin or Rico...ti si not fair at all.
Renewing passes would be interesting.....but the cost would balance out as the same.
