Question about a Confusion

Hi .. 

 

if i see any hacker and make 1 video which is clearly shown that some one hacks and took the gold ..may b  the video is less than 5 minutes but it's clearly proved that he hacked when gold was dropping ..according to ur rules the video wont b valid.. but when it's clearly proved that he hacked .. will he be banned?? or not?? 

 

N.B: if we or me start making a video sometimes it hang's my pc .. or internet connection is very poor most of the time... therefore cant make long videos according to ur rules
