Baths- you lay in the water with soap and bubbles relaxing (sitting in your filth)

Showers- you stand up with the water flowing through your body while you wash your self

First thing first this was not what i was expecting from the title, "How do you shower?". Second thing if taking a bath is a answer how can it come under the title?

 

But to answer your question I do both (did not answer the poll as there is no option for this). If I have been playing rugby I will take a bath the follow it up with a shower, if I am getting ready in the morning I will take a shower, if I am going out in the evening I might take a bath or a shower depends on time.
