People get more XP and cry for killing heavier tanks

u know thats something wrong without this point system when u see two mammoth and thunder m2s/m3s wearing emerald with double armor OF OPPOSITE TEAMS sitting side by side killing others(light/mid hulls), :lol:

Your model is good , but it should be somewhat like wasp gives 10 exp, hornet gives 2 more than wasp, hunter gives 2 more than hornet and so on. Mammoth would give 22 exp then. If the kill is shared, then the hull should give the original amount of exp + 50% of the original exp. Example: Wasp would give 10+5=15 exp, hornet would give 12+6=18,...., mammoth would give 22+11=33 exp. This would ensure that people have incentive to target heavy hulls as well instead of always targeting light hulls.

Know what? I started of with the same figures before I posted.. then I realized that this would increase the overall amount players would receive.

And this would disbalance the "earned crystals - to - earned xp" ratio.. and so would all go bankrupt :)

Therefor I reduced it to the figures above

Yeah, but then the battle fund can also increase in proportion with the new amount of experience points earned per kill.

mean we all would earn more crystal per time-unit.

The time we spend here is the limiting factor.. which makes players purchase scoremultiplyer passes and purchase crystals for real money.

I think if we give more crystals per time unit we tilt tankis busines model.

And.. I don't want them to close down :)

No, no, no. You don't get it. Let's say that one kill now begets 7 crystals in the battle fund. Now with my system, wasp gives 10 exp and titan gives 20 exp, which is double. So, if wasp adds 7 crystals to the battle fund, then titan will add 14 crystals to the battle fund. Therefore, the exp earned and the crystals earned are of the same ratio as earlier. Obviously it needs a bit of tweaking, but I'm hoping that you get the basic idea.

so it means basically you rank up faster _and_ still have al the crystals you need. I think I got it.

Even I had thought of this idea. Like earlier, isida was give points based on percentage of health revived by it. Due to this isidas healed light Hulls since it was faster.

This was later changed to amount of he's revived by it. Why not do the same for damaging a Hull??

Yeah, you rank up faster if you destroy heavy tanks. But, it's also easier and faster to kill lighter tanks. So, there is a balance and people wont go after a particular kind of tank.

how about,NO?..too many space for power leveling..eneter garage,buy 100% SMP,play..you'll rank fast enough..you newcomers still don't get?..rank is not the key,rank too fast,and you'll be facing biggest problem (players problem) since the update 114 (rebalance/refund),you'll get rank,and not enough amount of crystals to get better tier gear,heck,I have alt acc,marshall rank,on which I started to work recently (from brigadier to marshall in 20 days WITHOUT any form of powerleveling),of course,my mountains of accumulated druggs (but not cystals) helped me to get m3 stuff in "refrigirator kit" so I can play with convinience of being 1st + winning in longer games,and I saw many players now who still play with m2 equipment and 10k cry worth colours,I can honestly say,more then 3/4 of players have m2,best case scenario combined m2+m3 tank,still with cheap colours..to conclude,don't ever hurry with rank,if you can't compensate losses of SMP cards effect by buying..trust me

I see your point,but this is never going to happen,this would drasticcly kill devs income (read:crystal buying),as they would need to increase battle fund,and still,that's big maneavuring space for powerleveling..so basiclly..no chance

How is there space for power leveling? Light hulls would die fast, but would give less exp. Heavy hulls would take time to be killed, but would give more exp. I agree about your point of the devs not implementing it, though. Still, putting the idea forward doesn't cause any harm, does it?

put a m2 fire on m1 mammoth in private battle,and you'll see my point,mammoth will burn in no time ;) I saw many "best ways" to gain xp through the years here,there were players using that combo in "private battles" like island DM..those private battles with wasp/fire were very common for power leveling,and many were banned for that,staff lwas watching thos maps very much at the time pwl was at the peak,so,players chaged hulls to mammoth m0/m1,tbh,I was once asked to join,after I entered,I just laughed on idea :D but,it's not uncommon as u think it is :)

Hi there,

I see your point that the crystals to rank ratio gets out of balance.

And I am totaly with you, that ranking at normal speed is the best thing you can do.

 

Therefor I proposed some exp.points values that should keep the gained experinace points balanced (as a mammuth gets not sooo much more.. and there are less mammuths... and a common wasp and hornet earns you less exp. points).

This would solve your issue.
