Server has reached its maximum capacity

Hello guys!

It's hard that i write in the forum, but it's not possible to play in the following conditions.

 

Generally i play in server ru1, in xp battles. In the last week i've often started lagging and saw my ping grow up to 229. To solve the problem i refresh the page, but every time i get the message "server has reached its maximum capacity". When i'm finally able to join again in the server RU1, i am out of the battle (i do not change server in the meanwhile. I only refresh the page).

What can i do?? It's about the 10th time i'm first in the match and i lost everything...

 

Please don't tell me "play in other servers" because only in RU1 i can find serious xp battles...

I would be happy if a mod could answer me.

Hello. Server RU1 is usually very crowded, due to the numerous amount of XP battles. When there are too many players in one server, the server does not allow new players to enter it. Unfortunately, we cannot avoid it, so you shouldn't refresh the page during battles, otherwise, you might not be able to enter the server again. You said you refreshed the page to avoid high PING. Please read this guide, it will help you decreasing your PING.

I know that if in a server there are too many people, i cannot join in. But the "problem" is that i was already in, and i was playing in a battle. I mean, maybe if you're already in the server, the same server should avoid to stop you from playing. And if you're unable to play (for example when your tank doesn't move or is unable to shoot), then you are  forced to refresh. But it's frustrating when you lose your score and your time for nothing. Am i wrong?

About my Ping, i already knew that guide, but that's not my case: generally i have a ping between 30 and 40.

If "RU1" is filled with tankers then personally I normally go to "EN1" but there is no way to pass this problem of yours or others, unless you keep refreshing, but that would take a while till you have entered the server. Hopefully next time it will be effortless for you to enter a server.

 

Also, you can keep refreshing the page so you might get in. It's almost a 100% chance you'll get back in the same game with the same score, if your not absent for more than 5 minutes.
