New rating-system in forum

Hello!

 

In short: If you want to leave a reply, you have to rating the topic's idea and of course you need not leave a reply to use this new, instant rating-system.

 

The forum need to be clear. If the players needn't leave a reply to indicate their agreement, there will be ONLY additions in any topic.

Firstly, this isn't possible with the current version of the forum. Secondly, what if I want to post a comment, but I don't like or dislike a topic?

I presume you suggest this for the Ideas and suggestions section? Anyway, I personally don't fully agree with what your saying - mainly because a lot of the time my viewpoint in something changes once people start discussing the topic and start to post their opinions and ideas on how something could be made better (e.g A topic on an Idea which shows how one of the game's aspects could be improved upon ).

 

Making it so that you have to express what you think of the general idea before posting your own opinion and reading what others think wont really work unless the reader is given the ability to change what he/she has voted for before posting their comment. This will probably be the same case for topics outside the ideas and suggestions section as well.

The players are currently NOT USING the up/down vote system. The idea is about a system, what demand to indicate your opinion. This is allows to see the public opinion of the forum members.

 

The idea is redound to be a visible judgement by the forum mebers.

So.....you're basically saying you want 20+ likes?? ^_^ This system will force players to give a vote, meaning they might down-vote it.....is that really what you want? :rolleyes:

 

P.S. You just described over half of the topics on the forum, those have less than 20 likes. ^_^
