I'm sure many times, many of you faced this situation, playing unbalanced because your teammates are leaving earlier. Practically remaining players are fighting like heroes.

The issue may be solved very easily: a fixed % of the total amount of crystals to be shared only between remaining players.
For example, if remaining players of team are 3 of 8 this amount to be split in 3 depending on score. If remaining players are 6 of 8, the amount to be split in 6 and so on.

This way 3 players may earn more crystals than winning team of 8 players, fair enough as game was totally unbalanced.

A second suggestion: a new voting system. If all teammates are voting for a player to be removed from the game the player to be automatically removed. Sometimes some players are very weak, rude and nobody wants them in the team.

Absolutely no! This way you force players to no longer leave and to play fairly till the end. This combined with a new voting system against weak players in team games is a must. It's absolutely unpleasant to play an inequitable game.

bro from your team all leave because the opponent is surely gonna win but when you get more crystal than the winners, there is no need or them to play to win

Look, checking your posts I see you're against everything. And I need higher ranks opionion, ok? There the number of team battles as well the number of pro battles is a lot bigger.

The Autobalance option in PRO battles should be a must and not an option. Yesterday, few teammates left joining the other team. The game became 8v2 and I lost because nobody else joined my team. This should be no longer allowed!

 

Everybody likes good, equal games. In any way the Tanki developers must find a way to make this happen.

At this time I see few ways:

 

1. My first idea with more crystals for remaining players.

2. If a player is joining/leaving frequently to be blocked for some time in joining new games.

3. Posibility to block players joining if their weapons are under M3, M2 etc. Probably a new scroll option: All weapons, M3, M2, etc.

It's absolutely frustrating how people are immediately leaving even if the other team is better. Tanki developers must do something to stimulate the people remaining in the game. This is a very big problem, guys come with ideas and suggestions.

So mults get more crystals.....no matter how badly they do. -_-

 

Here is my experienced way of getting crystals:

  • Fight. B)
  • Contribute. ^_^
  • Fight some more. B)
  • Support team members. :wub:
  • Fight even more. B)
  • Win. :D  :lol:  :)

(Just remember, this is to get to the top spot, But don't be greedy and steal team members' flags. More often than not, preventing a teammate to reach the flag usually means the flag is lost to the enemy.)

Stop being ignorant and go back to sleep! Only people fighting very hard will get more crystals. This is completely based on points earned!!

 

 

If a team has a lot few members it's fair enough to get the same amount of crystals (AGAIN: depending on points earned) than players on the winning team. Winning team is winning because losing team has just few players not because they are better.

 

Remaining players have absolutely no fault because their teammates are leaving.

 

Many times I play the winning team against a losing team with few members so I have absolutely no problem to gain the same amount of crystals if a guy on losing team has the same number of points.

 

Gameplay is extremely affected. This is happening frequently and Tanki devs must find a way to stimulate people entering teams with very low number of players or to discourage players leaving.

 

 

Please stop being ignorant and come with constructive suggestions.

^From what I understand of the game right now, if you are on the winning team, but you don't have as many team members, a % of the fund is already split between them, but if the other team has more players, and those players did better in score, but they didn't win the match, they will sometimes get more depending on the fund. (Keep in mind that the fund is split between players, so the more players on the losing side, the less crystals individual players get. It's the same for the winning team. The less players you have, the more crystals individual players get.

 

Now, my reply was aimed mostly at this:

From what I can tell, you are trying to get the losing team of three to get more than the winning team of 8. How does this make any sense? :huh: Tanki is not about to make an update that will give more of a reward to the losing side.

If a fixed percentage is split, that means that no matter how bad or good they do, the individual players will get the same amount.

They will not be motivated to play, and (as I said) mults will just enter a battle on the losing side, and just sit there until the end of the match, not doing anything, but getting "free" crystals.

 

Now, if your suggestion was wrongly worded, this is what I think you might have meant:

  • The losing team, if having less players, will get a better % of the fund than they did before. (For example, if the fund was 1000, and the winning team has 8, losing team has 2, those 2 players would get, say 100 crystals each (just an example) but after this idea is put in the game, they would get 150, or 200.

Now, my problem with this is that those player sometimes didn't earn the battle fund, or those 2 players took away some of the fund for the winning team, which earned those crystals. (now, you might say, "why would they earn those crystals when they are only playing against 2 players?) Well, the winning team is usually fighting against a larger group, but players leave before the battle ends.

 

Now, if this is all a big misunderstanding, then please do not insult, I hope we can work this out.

Actually the main idea is to encourage people entering losing teams with low number of players to prevent 8 v 2, 6 v 1, and so on battles.

Also, a second part, to discourage people leaving the battle. In an unbalanced game it's not a pleasure to play even in winning, even in losing team.

 

To solve this issue a new idea comes in mind:

More % from total funds to reward people staying from the start to the end. Probably a share of the crystals between all players playing from the start to the end, doesn't matter who is wining, based on points earned in that round, of course.

But this combined with a new voting system, else the mults will enter a game and stay to the end just to earn more crystals.

Many times I end up fighting an unbalanced game (ex. 8 v 2) and no one is entering the losing team for a very long time maybe nobody till the end. Of course, the team with less players have all chances to lose the battle quickly. All ideas to solve this issue are welcome and let's hope the Tanki developers will implement our ideas.

I agree with you, it's not a good idea that losing team could be able to get more crystals than players in winning team. But in a 8 v 2 battle, for example, it's fair enough for a player in losing team to get UP TO the same amount of crystals with someone having the same number of game points in winning team. If not equal, at least 70-80 %. Now it's about 40%, from my knowledge.

Do you get my point of view now?

 

The second idea, from the total amount of crystals, let say 10% to be distributed BASED ON GAME POINTS, between players staying in game from the start to the end.

For example, from 15k battle fund, 1500 will be shared, based on game points, between players staying in game from the start to the end and the rest distributed the same way as it is currently.

It's not too much, but it's better than nothing. If developers may increase the actual amount with 10% for this purpose this would be much better.

 

This is my updated solution now. Any other update or ideas are welcome.

Your idea is not clear. Sorry but share it here. Nobody want spend time for battle in which you can't win. 20-30% of the fund for the lost team is quite sufficient and fair.

@arun246, 20-30% is more than what any losing team gets in real life. Losing a battle doesn't get them ANY rewards.
