Can't scroll on Help site

Unfortunately, I am currently having a problem with my computer where the scroll bar doesn't appear on my laptop when on the new Q&A site. Furthermore, I can't use the scrolling wheel on my mouse. This is very irritating as I would like to explore the site. can anybody help?

Weird. It seems to be fine for me. Have you tried the arrow keys on your keyboard?

It works fine for me too. Maybe it's because of your browser. Are you using Google Chrome? If yes, the problem is probably due to it. Try using another browser, like Mozilla Firefox. By the way, cold you please provide a screenshot?

Works fine for me, must be your PC. As suggested above try the arrow keys. Alternatively, see if sticky keys are on. To turn them off, open the on screen keyboard which should be on your PC somewhere in programs.
