1. Enter the game through this site

2. See How to reduce lags

3. See High ping

4. See How to clear temporary internet files. and How to clear your browser cache.

That was a lag,which means you need a better computer, or PING lag which means you have bad internet connection, but you can see this topic that might help with PING lag. , (http://en.tankiwiki.com/High_ping) And Tanki crashes all the time! What do I do? How do I raise my FPS?

Mods cannot help you anymore than we already have. You have to follow links given above by me and others to reduce your ping. As for crystals, no one except tech support can return your crystals, so it is best to contact them.

Hello, try these above ^ solutions, maybe it was your Internet connection, if it was your Internet fault, then you won't be refunded but if you think that was tanki fault then check this topic How to get your crystals back, only tech support will be able to refund you, no one can do anything in forum.
