Loss of supplies !

Guys please help, My supplies keep dissapearing everytime i log in . But only a specific one that i used the last time i logged . For example . if i had 410 double power,and i used 5 of them in a battle, i complete the battle and then logged out,then when i rejoin, there will only be like 395 or 390 or so . please help. this happens everytime i use supplies

First of all, be sure it wasn't you used them; maybe you have used them, but didn't notice. Also, be sure that you don't play using numpad. If you are completely sure that it wasn't you used them, then change your password, someone else (probably a hacker) might have entered to your account and used your supplies. If you want  compensation of supplies that were used by the hacker, write an email to help@tankionline.com with your problem, as @beaku said.
