Changes to Hammer - 6 Shots in all modifications!

Some edits in Hammer would be good.

 

I have Hammer M1 on my Alt ID (Captin_XLABs_REVENGE) and I've faced other hammers on here so I'm typing this suggestion only after using and facing Hammer.

 

I've noticed that Hammer sometimes gets way too overpowered, I never get a chance to escape it. And sometimes Hammer just fails when I miss just one shot.

 

So, I suggest there should be 6 Shell Shots instead of 3, Shell Reload and Overall Reload time should be same, the overall damage should be divided by 2 and while double damage the overall damage should be divided by 4 (To match parameters of current hammer).

This would give opponents a fair chance of escaping and users a fair chance of destroying, somehow like this :-

 

Like most of the times, a Hammer M3 just shoots my Hornet M3 two or three times so fast that I just cannot escape it and get destroyed. Anyhow while on all other turrets I can escape!

 

Then most of the times when I face an enemy with a Viking or a heavier hull (on my alt and im on hammer), Even if I miss a single shot the chance of destroying the enemy just decreases (by 33.3%) and I just don't manage to kill the enemy.

If the Hammer would have 6 Shots to all it's modifications, these problems would be solved :-

 

Most of the times a Hornet would have a fair chance of escaping a Hammer unlike now and if a Hammer User misses one shot there'd still be a chance of destroying the enemy. The chance would then decrease only by 16.67%. This change would allow newbies to use hammer easily as well while making it a bit challenging for higher ranks.

Why?

 

Why would you nerf a balanced Hammer? It already got a nerf in damage.

 

Why?

It isn't balanced!

 

When you're with Hornet and a Hammer attacks you there's absolutely no way to escape if your team doesn't help you.

When you are using Hammer and you shoot a Hornet, Even if you miss a single shot your enemy overall doesn't die.

 

Think about it carefully then tell because I've suggested after experiencing BOTH, Using and Facing Hammer.

A Problem .

Firing One Shot Just Messes The Target Of Opponent .

6 Shots ~ No One Can Withstand It .

Then Hammer Will Become Too OP .

3 Shots Is Quite Right . The Firing Is Same As Railgun .

If You Miss , Opponent Hits .

That is why he suggested that damage from each shot should decrease.

No I Didnt Meant The Damage ,The Impact Force . 6 Shots In A Single Clip Can Mess The Aim So Easily .

Reducing Impact And Damage With Faster Reloading Time May Help .

The impact force for each shell should be 2/3rd that of now then?

Dude. I have an Alt Account and Hammer M1 on it. That Hammer M1, 3 shot kills not only Hornet but Hunter and Viking as well.

yeah that's way to much three is good but I think the impact force can be minimized cuz it's a shot gun and I dont think they should flip tanks to easily

And? You want to make it easier or harder for Hammers to destroy Hulls? Either way.....

 

6 shots without reload button? Not gonna happen!

I think the only reason why Hammer is seen as being a very powerful turret is because of the lack of protection paints out there at the current moment.

A Better Modified Idea Would Be 
Damage: Very Little Nerf .
Impact : Very Slight Decrease .
No.of.Pellets: Decrease.
Rotation speed : Slight Increase .
Range: Slight Increase .
Reload : Little Decrease .
This Is What the Conclusion:
Hammer Will Deal Less Damage With Very Little Decreased Impact With Less Reload Time ,Turning Faster , Pellets Decreased While Range Increased .
