Ideas for Turrets!

i have a idea for a turret that make a beam of lighting or a laser beam its called the reaper it does 34-40 damage at m-0 and at m-1 it does 44-50 damage and m-2 it does 54-60 damage and at m-3 it does 60-70 or less it. It does not go throw the the tank but it does steady beam at the tank  

The prize for it at m-0 is 1200 

and to upgrade is

28000 for m-1

44000 for m-2

and 110000 for m-3

it has a look like a rail gun

it needs to cool down if it gets to hot and instead of doing damage to your self it stops and needs to cool down. It has a scope so it can be a sniper turret. The cool down time is 7 sec and it has unlimited ammo.

i have two ideas two turrets one is a revolver turret it has 6 shot each shot does high and low damage like 40-64 damage at m-0 the drum for the turret is like a circle on top and like the hammer it does not reload until the drum is empty it takes 2 sec to shot ones.

The second turret is like a energy ball gun it has the same firing time as the rail gun and does a lot of damage and the energy ball speed is a little faster then the twins and the special part of it is that it ricochet of the tank to another tank but if there is a wall or a building it just fades but because the energy ball is slow its needs skill to know where tank is and it can ricochet up to 3 tank if there close in the ricochet ares.

A weapon that becomes more powerful when your near teammates!

A weapon that somewhat copies your teammates weapon.

 

Super rough idea:

Damage: similar to M0 Smokey

Range: Unlimited, damage doesn't decrease in range.

Turn speed: Not too slow, not too fast.

Impact Force: VERY low.

 

Rough Description:

-Weapon is weak when alone.

-Becomes stronger when near a teammate. More allies in range=more stronger your weapon.

-(optional) Can copy 1 of you teammates weapon's elements, you can change which ally to copy. (ex: copy Firebird can deal small burning damage to enemies for a short time)

-Can copy an enemies weapon abilities in FFA matches. (ex: copying railgun can give you a penetrating effect on enemies+high Impact Force and a laser like projectile)

-You lose any of your copied abilities if you die.

That would take away the whole point of achieving ranks to have access to a turret.

Tazer(close range weapon)

A weapon like firebird and freeze but instead of fire and ice it fires ectricity which hit the target and the electricity jumps to the next 3 oponents but after each jump it causes less damage.

That's not what a taser does nor does it seem balanced.

Lol, mixed gun?

Ok, I would like to have it if it makes railgun damage, reloads like ricochet and hits as correct as Shaft. :D

that is way too OP

The turret shots this rpg rockets. The rockets blow up fix time (5 second?) after the launching. If the rocket hit the ground NOT blowing up. Like a grenade.

Traits: high (splash) impact force, and of course, splash damage too.

There should be a box looking turret that creates a shield around the tank and can attack the enemy if the shield is touching the tank

The shield blocks enemy fire.

The shield can protect other players.

The name of the turret Barigade

It is good for charging in to the enemy or creating a shield over players

 

I don't know if its a good idea but please dont say its bad.

It is called the needle and it is shaped like one. The range of shooting through buildings is upgraded.

And is just like a smoky when it is not shooting through buildings.

It is called the needle and it is shaped like one. The range of shooting through buildings is upgraded.

And is just like a smoky when it is not shooting through buildings.

X-ray vision should dim depend on distance and total thickness in between. Damage and range should also decrease depending on total thickness to penetrate through.

i think this is not a bad idea except the animation for firing such weapon would cause quite the lag due to the smoke trails from rockets. The weapon, if realistic to the pictured M270, will have the accuracy of a drunk man shooting a shotgun (<-- dramatized) and the devastating power the overwhelms that of a shaft when sniping. the turret would also be almost a one-time-use thing as the reload time would practicly be around 1 minute ideally. Reason for such reload time is because firing would shoot all the rockets in the battery and each rocket is , on average, around 650 lbs or 294.9 kg

First of all, I have to say... As someone who never actually visited the 'Ideas & Suggestions" forum a lot, This is a very interesting discussion topic created and designed for those with their very own turret weapon ideas. For making it more interesting, I have my personal idea of a turret weapon that would be good in this game alongside

with some of a general extra improvements, I would love to have in this game for of it's very own progression.

 

- My personal idea for another new turret weapon in this game is something of a combination, A variation of the Smoky, Hammer & Rail-Gun turret weapons. This will result in having my new turret weapon idea called 'Magnum'. The Magnum is a variation of Smoky, Hammer & Rail-Gun in the terms of specific parameters, in each of these turrets. What do I mean by saying this? The Magnum will have a critical hit & critical hit chance parameters like the Smoky, After five shots only it will have an automatically reload feature, just like the Hammer reloads after each three singular shots automatically, And mainly the Magnum turret weapon will also have the parameter of the penetration power and the very actual ability to deeply penetrate through several enemy targets in each shot just like the Rail-Gun. This turret has come to me from the idea of the Hammer, As Hammer is a shotgun type turret weapon with a scatter effect, So I thought about a turret with the stereotypes of a Revolver gun.

- Simply, My explanation for the Magnum turret. This turret weapon will be a variation of Smoky, Hammer & Rail-Gun because like I know the Revolver gun in real life - This weapon has a critical hit with strong singular shells, An automatically roulette with the shells inside that needs a reload after a five to six shots string, And also the Revolver gun in real life does penetrates targets like many objects, From bricks to metal cans.

 

- Now I would love to spread out my general extra improvement ideas for the turrets of this game. I think that every turret should have a laser beam except for Firebird, Freeze and Isida which do not require any laser beam because of close ranged attacks on enemy targets. Just like the Shaft has it's own sniper laser beam, I think that other turret weapons should have too but the players will have a new option in game for turning on & off the laser beams of their turrets and this is also and very relative for the Shaft turret. I think that having the Shaft with the option for turning on and off it's laser beam will make the game more interesting, Excitement and endless action.

- The second and last extra idea of improvement for the turrets and hulls of the game, Every hull and turret should have flashlights attached on them in case the players are getting into too much dark areas, And the dark areas in maps should be a lot darker so players will get on the usage of the flashlights on their hulls and turrets, Players will also have the ability to choose where to have their flashlights - On the hulls, Turrets or on both of them. Flashlights will also have micro-upgrades and will be upgraded to have better distance of light, More battery usage with less energy consumption and a bigger field of light radius, That's all for now.

a gun thath relises huge electric charge towards the enemy and when it hits the enemy it goes to next closest enemy and so on until it rans out of energy(like lightning) it would be charged manualy(holding space) the more charged it is the more range and damige it can do but jf it is charged too long the charge will become unstable cousing wobaling and inacuricy and ultimatly self damige(high self damige so the charge cant be held in back row and then relised a minute afterwards)

this gut will be great for kiling those who support the attack while stell damiging the front line
