Ideas for Turrets!

I've thought long and hard about many new hulls and turrets. One idea I have is a tank that fires little rounds of nanobots that slowly start to destroy a tank, kinda like Firebird's burn effect, yet it last much longer. This way, tanks can do a hit then run style of fighting, which may make the game more interesting. And it would fire rounds similar to hammer.

 

Another similar idea is a turret that fires sticky time bombs. Once hit, the tank knows they only have a few remaining seconds of their life. To be effective, it should do an enormous amount of damage. It could even have splash damage once the bomb goes off.

 

These turrets would be effective against turrets such as shaft, as they can hit the shaft, then run away giggling to themselves, as the shaft finally realizes that they are going to die any second.

ok. i have a new idea. it is a gun that is kind of like vulcan but instead of the little bullets, it shoots little plasma beams. color changes with levels. 

its made to knock enemy turrets off target

m0: 10 dps, 400 impact force,6 second reload, 60 turning, range 120                   cost: 2000 unlocks at staff seargent

m1: 15 dps, 450 impact force, 5 reload, 80 turning, range 130                             cost: 40 000 unlocks at WO 5

m2: 25 dps, 550 impact force, 4.7 reload, 85 turning, 136 range                           cost: 125 000 unlocks at Colonel 

m3: 40 dps, 643 impact force, 3.7 reload, 86 turning, 157 range                           cost: 275 000 unlocks at Generalissimo

the bullets are like little balls of energy. it wont deal too much damage, and slowish reload, but amazing impact

can flip light hulls, but does nothing to heavey hulls

i think an artillery turret would be really cool :)

 

weakness:

 

the turret spin isn't a 360 degree instead its about 110 degree.

when the shot is fired a laser appears and becomes more visible the closer the shot gets to the ground.

the reload time would be as twice as a shaft.

the tank must be about 70-90 degree vertical to apply artillery mode.

 

advantage:

 

damage would be higher than shaft.

it could fire a shot just like in arcade mode a small shot with damage between smoky and thunder (requires the whole reload bar)

holding spacebar brings a map to to choose the strike area.

has splash radius about thunder or a bit higher.

 

note:1- the shot explodes on impact so its not for shooting under a obstacle.

2-the map doesn't show enemies but shows allies.

 

i think this would be really cool because 2 players can work together maybe to make the artillery vertical or to even make CTF more exciting.

Having time bombs would make the turret way to OP. Suppose the tank runs into a group of its own team and it explodes, out of view where no other tank on your side can kill it. That would be quite annoying to everyone without it.

Hi. I would like the developers of Tanki Online to create more hulls and turrets. I want a turret that can fire very powerful long range guided rockets (like a war plane). Secondary a very fast and powerful, super strong hull that is much stronger than Mammoth. Mammoth is too weak even upgraded to M3+.

 

Please ask the developers of Tanki Online to add this wonderful update.

i can see this hull. it would work. it unlocks only to the winners of certain competitions, you cant use drugs with it, and only m0s fit ontop.

if anybody could get this, that would make twins the most op weapon in the game. 

is it fair if i get to chase around my opponents at the speed of a hornet with the weight of a titan and the health of a mamoth, plus my supergun can fire forever without reloads.  :wub:  :wub:  :wub:

dude. the balence between speed and health and power has to stay, unless they make a major update. ;)

I've another BRILLIANT idea! Hear me out, a rack of rockets that fires a HUGE barrage, but cannot be stopped by the user mid-launch, reloads at a snail's pace, and sends even Mammoth flying backwards from the recoil.

It would also be VERY inaccurate.

Call it Hailfire or something of the sort, reply and upvote if you agree. ;)

how about a new weapon that creates a cloud of smoke (like a Foo from super Mario) and creates a puddle of ice on the ground so enemy skids

this turret wont do any damage to enemy though Its used as a defensive measure tank to help stop enemy tanks stealing your flag

 

 

what a random idea hahaaaa

a new gun that is spical for team like isida but with different shot like that gives speed to ur teamamte or that give double damage to ur friend without boxes or supplies or another gun that has force for push like hammer with short range help for parkour but not the same damage with hammer or another guns  :)  :)  B)  B)

what about make a fixed gun like vulcan but with high damage that can't just fixed in map in some places drop with big boxes 2 or 1 time every map some one that find it first control it it can be distroyed too after high damage hope u like the idea ^_^  ^_^  ^_^

Somehow it seems unnecessary because I wouldn't worry a lot about getting supplies. But why do we need this?

What I was thinking is have an artillery gun that you can use to shoot behind walls. To aim it would use a laser that you would put on the tank you what to kill, or if they are behind a wall aim the laser at the part of the wall that they are behind hold the space bar like you would do for shaft to get ready to fire aim where your want the warhead to go and release the spacebar to fire. the warhead would shoot up and it would fall on the enemy you aimed at. Its damage would be155.00-170.00 for m1 for m2 175.00-200.00 and then for m3 it would be an outstanding 250.00-310.00  :blink:. There are some downsides to this gun if to close to the explosion it will cause self-damage its reload time is 5 seconds slower than m1 shaft  and only shoots one shell at a time, but some of the good things about this incredible  turret is its remarkable damage to enemy tanks can shoot tanks that are behind walls and hurt multiple tanks within the warheads blast radius and is a great gun for mid to long rang battles. Its cost might make you think twice about purchasing it at a staggering 15,000 crystals  :o but it is sure to give you a incredible advantage in  battles such as CTF modes or TDM. but it also great for death match mode if your in a good hiding spot  :ph34r:!  The rank to buy gun is relatively low at warrant officer 6  :)  (So I really  hope the Tanki develops will make this new turret.) And call it Seeker

how would people feel about adding a gun of this sort into the game?

t's special feature would be being able to fly over buildings, then drop down. basically, the player would switch to a small, top down, circular area map, showing all tanks that have been identified (meaning,all friendly tanks and all enemy tanks that have been labeled) and scenery within the gun's range. the player would do this by pressing space. then, the player would change where the shell would land by using the arrow keys, much like controlling a shaft in sniper mode, except top down. when the player had positioned the cross hairs into the correct place, he would release space and the gun would fire. there would be a small amount of splash damage, because a direct hit would be hard if the target was moving. this would be about as wide as one wasp in every direction. reload time and damage from a direct hit would about equal a railgun hit, range would be about as far as that of twins. so as to not make it overpowered, (because it could just hide behind buildings and no one would know where the shots were coming from), the projectile would take about 1-3 seconds to reach it's target, depending on the range, and would look like a blackis-green artillery shell. this would make it plenty visible, giving enemies at the recieving end time to try and dodge a direct hit if they were far enough away and their allies a chance to try and locate the mortar gun. this sounds like an awesome gun to me, tell me if you disagree or have any suggestions to it

How would you like it to shoot on places under the ground? Like in silence? You have to think it a litlle further to have a nice turret, and i think it would be so overpowered to kill an enemy tank with the flag, it would be to easy to dominate the enemy team by just killing everybody without them seeiing you...

A GUN that can shoot like signal ))))) and dammage like smoky

ummm......PULSE gun i would call it "THE JAMMER" BECAUSE: it can jam the a tank as long as its firing towards it when this weapon jams the tank the tank cant shoot or move until turret stop firing its range like this range (tank)----------------------------------

its fire shape into a tornado of pulses its damage 100 m0 200 m1 300 m2 400 m3

its price is pretty good ^_^  m0:700 m1:9900 m2:40 000 m3:98 000

The developers don't care public opinion most of the time. So even if we were to upvote your CONSTANTLY repeated idea, the developers wouldn't care.

 You would be leaving your tank which breaks the main concept of the game.Which has been said over and over because the ideas on here aren't very different Also, Warrant Officer 6, kind of not a rank
