Ideas for Turrets!

Recommended Posts

Turrets should have a 3rd bar that takes 2 min to charge.

When ready, press the 6 key to activate a super powerful ability unique to each turret.

Firebird-Attack now fires out all around the tank

Freeze. Instantly freeze 1 target to the max

Isida-Activate repair kits on all teammates

Hammer-Go full auto until death

Twins-Rapidfire until death

Ricochet-Laser sight on where bullets will go. Visible to teammates only

Smoky-Next 3 shots will be critical

Thunder-Splash damage range increased until death

Vulcan-Burning effect neutralized for 1 min or death

Railgun-Shots pierce anything without losing damage

Shaft-All enemys's health and location is visible to you and teammates.

 

Note- Each time you die, the bar jumps 15 seconds

Fire Snipe:

.Basically, a Shaft + Firebird

.The turret acts like a regular Shaft and contains the same statistics

.Before the Shaft fires a circulation of fire appears for about 2 seconds right in-front of the Shaft's scope and the Shaft has two lines that light up

.When the Shaft fires, a red, thick beam of light appears in the direction shot

. If the Shaft does not manage to destroy the target, the target will suffer a weak burn

I think this guns stats should be decreased in comparisn to shaft's.

Otherwise, why would anyone buy regular shaft?

An expansion on the mortar.

 

SPG(Self-Propelled-Gun)

 

Pros:

 

-Fires anywhere on the map that is farther than 50 feet away from it

 

-massive damage

 

-no reload

 

Cons

 

-cannot fire at tanks close to it

 

-long zooming time(resets zoom after each shot)

 

-shots fired without zooming do less damage and are less likely to hit the target

 

-no auto-aim

 

-can only fire at targets spotted by teamates

 

 

Ideally this turret would be a strong anti-heavy tank support vehicle that is vulnerable to light tanks.

 

However, a spotting mechanism would have to be introduced to prevent this gun from being too powerful. That might add a new twist to the game, as the light tanks could rush to the enemy base knowing they would have the ability to call in an airstrike.

 

This gun could be like the SPGs from World of Tanks

Let's face it, Isida was created to be first of all a medic turret. But, at least in the high ranks(m3) it's role has changed to be an attacker first, medic second. The biggest problem is it's self healing effect while damaging enemy tanks.

This process is way too intense, and it makes an Isida almost impossible to beat at close to medium distances, not only with the same hull, but even if the Isida attacker has a lighter tank. (I don't play close combat turrets so i can't really say for them).

So to solve the problem, ban the Isida's self healing effect or make it weaker, and the Isida will again become what it should be: A medic turret with a modest attack ability. There's just something in the Isida's lack of having to aim and it's attack power that makes it annoying as **** to play against. So a pretty bold idea is also to leave the Isida vampires it's power, but at least make them have to aim it's stream of power while attacking.

It's pretty annoying when your a vulcan,rico,rail,shaft,thunder,or smoky and you have to verse an annoying isida that you won't do damage to since it has self healing, but without isida's self healing, firebird's and freeze's will destroy it even faster and some weapons such as rail, thunder, and shaft will die even after removing of self healing

Thumper:

 

 

 

-Pros

 

 

-area attack in short range radius, ignores terrain blockage

 

-earthquake attack can knock out tracks 

 

-infinite ammo

 

 

-Cons

 

-only damages tanks on level ground around it, so cannot damage tanks above it, riding it, or below it. Also cannot damage tanks falling past it unless they are touching ground level with the Thumper

 

-low damage

 

-low track knockout chance

 

-cannot move while using area attack(even if shot)

 

 

Piercer:

 

Pros

 

-damage of laser beam increases by 10 each second it is held on an enemy tank

 

-ammo regenerates even if clip has not been fully emptied

 

-beam has infinite range

 

-if beam is held on target, can do a whopping 550 damage

 

Cons

 

-damage resets to 10 if beam misses enemy tank

 

-small ammo clip(10 seconds of firing before clip expended)

 

-turret has a slow turning speed

can you make it so the hull and the turent can be diffrent colors for example the turent can be blue and the hull can be white. aother idea is that we can sell hulls or turents for the amount we bought them for or less. if you are reading this thank you for spending your time reading it.

in tanki online we see all the turrets like ...

Firebird, Freeze, Isida, Hammer, Ricochet, Smoky, Vulcan, Thunder, Railgun, Shaft

 ...works as limited time/shots, accept TWINS :huh: ... please kindly check the effect of twinse's infinity shots in battle, its extra annoying during battle... the machine gun means you can shoot many rounds, but we can also see its limitation like over heating during continues shot, then why only twins have extra advantage above all other turrets. please consider my this idea/problem...  :(  :(

Smoky, Thunder, Railgun, Shaft

 

These 4 turrets can keep shooting just like Twins, the only difference is that Twins reloads alot faster.

Each turret has its own advantages and disadvantages. Twins for example does only little damage over a longer distance, has a limited range, the aiming over a longer distance is less accurate and one shot does little damage.All this makes Twins more suitable for close combat, whereas the other 4 turrets I mentioned are more suitable for longer distances.

Gas turret launches gas cans that roll on the ground and bounces of wall. Note the cans doesn't fly. You can launch the cans into a group of tanks and gas them out as it's a poisons gas that deal damage to the enemy tanks. Also acts like a smoke cloud allow you team to take the flag.

yh  if u shoot little in ground ur enemy will drive in that ground he will lose control in his tank :D if u keep shoot him he will die + i think damage should be 50.9

 

This is New Turret, which did not came in Tanki Online  but as this Turret name is '' Prototype Canan ''

Garage Description:

Driller is the best turret for short range. When you press space, the drills on the turret spin and it needs 1 second reload after every spin but be aware that it has a drawback, the range! The range is only 1.5 cm but you can destroy a mamoth in 1-3 spins when you have Driller m1. Works great with light hulls.

This isn't a new turret, but I think there should be a pourkour mode, dealing less damage, so you or whoever doesn't die during parkour stunts. This could be most effective on rail, thunder and hammer. (Just a suggestion that could me made into the game)

I got a suggestion! Since the Firebird and Freeze are both close combat, and have a effect, i think we can create ANOTHER close combat weapon, that is more powerful, and efficient.

 

Weakness:

Can not re-flip yourself

Not very good for heavy hulls

Loses energy .1 times faster than Firebird

Damage reduces the father the enemy

Can't shoot more than 8m

 

Strengths:

Has a 5 second effect on a enemy, (This is similar to the firebird. Their tank turns green, and they lose health afterwards,Unlike the firebird, they lose more damage afterwards, and speed reduces by 2.5 each second)

Reloads pretty fast! *Faster than Isida*

Turret turns fast! *Faster than the Twins*

Does lots of damage!

 

Prices:

M0: 1,200

M1: 8,500

M2: 25,000

M3: 152,000

 

Details:

 

Shoots particles like freeze, but green. Gives the sound of the isida, Looks like the firebird, but has the hole like the Ricochet. Damage is 54.4, and increases by 10.4 each Modification upgrade. Turret turn is 94.5, Increases by 12.1 each modification.  Reload time is 15.12. Decreases by 5.6 each modification upgrade. Range 16.91. Increases by 4.6 each modification upgrade. Burning time 6.8. Increases by 3.8 each modification upgrade. You can first get it as a Sergeant. M1 At a Sergeant Major, M2 as a Major, M3 as a General

 

 

 

And that's my idea for a new turret. I hope you guys liked it.

This is exactly what I want to see^^^ or recycle them back to their own m0s and get atleast half your crystals back! the m1 twin was a waste of crystals for me.

I Have an idea for correct a turret... TWINS. No strategy, just press space. Something has to be done with imminent fire rate. Make twins fire rate ending just like ricochet.

Poison weapon maybe? Very classic but i think it can be nice... Poison is healed only with isida, and it leaves damage like firebird,  Enemy gets damage for some time after attack.  Mid range gun, with area of effect. How do you think that idea??
