Ideas for Turrets!

My suggestion is a turret named Mortar in real life or my suggestion is naming it in the game ''Striker''  

 

Weaknesses:

Can't shot right next to you which means it is almost useless in low range battles

Takes Long time to reload but does good damage in return

When holding space you get to see a 2D map of the game from above but of course you can't see the enemies you have to predict where they would be.

And just like shaft the enemy can see the point where the bomb will drop with a laser pointer.

The bomb takes at least 5-6 Seconds to fall to the target

 

 

 

 

The turret has a powerful splash damage which means hurting many enemies in one shot

Can show a map when holding space from above and can navigate by using WASD keys but ofcourse while in minimap mode any enemy can come right next to you and kill you.

thunder was good before but now no can u guys edit damage to 62.5-76.7

 M2 Ricochet couldn't fight its way out of a wet paper bag.... Take it into a battle and get laughed at..

Ithink a asault rifle like gun would be cool. You would have 4 3 shot bursts before you reload. Little longer than hammers reload

 

4 burst kills 4 wasps 2 hornets 2 hunters 1.5 vikings 1.5 dictators 0 titans 0 mamoths

Tanki Online hulls is based on speed/armor and weight/power means nothing in this game what might be changed.

That gun with scope "Reaper" has 1 sided turret what will allow user to get good shots on enemy lines, it was supposed to be weaker than shaft but charging doesnt increase damage. And you can shoot each second. Simmilar like ricoshet shoots-You can shoot while reloading.

example:
You are camping and you just shot your ammo. You see someone driving on you and you have reloaded 1/4 of full ammo and you will deal only 25% of damage than you would normaly do.
You can shoot after 15% has been reloaded.
15% reloaded=you can deal only 15% damage from normal damage.
You have reloaded 40%, you deal 40% of damage.
You reload 90%, you deal 90% of default damage.
You reload 100% damage, you can deal 100% damage.
 
If you have reloaded 50%and you shoot, you shoot all ammo bar and you need to wait for 15% again.
 
If you enter scope at 90% reloaded, reload stops and it stays like that until you shoot.
Entering scope means stopping reloading and exiting scpe means reset reload to 0%.

 

Slime
Shoots jelly and slows down enemy -50%everything and after 3 secs of being slow he become faster. 1 second under jelly is 5% speed added.
After 10 seconds of shooting enemy will be back to normal but after 13 seconds you will gain max speed +15% and if you use nitros/ you can gain +35% speed.
This is more like tactical weapon and parkour.

Fear

Another twin. This shoots fast ammo and from both barrels at the same time not like twins.

1 shot turret? idk if you noticed it, but alot of users stick with speed. On druggs its even stronger than shaft in zoom.

I merged with this topic because the hull's ideas will not be implemented. Reason being is that if they introduce hulls with special abilities they would have to give EVERY hull in the game some sort of power, which is not going to happen. However, feel free to post ideas for hulls that don't have special abilities in the appropriate topic.

Ok, so this is my idea. My new turret would be called the Missiler, and would shoot seeking missals at your opponents. It would have the about the same reload time as the Thunder, and completely destroy wasps and hornets of similar level, and would take most of hunters health, it would take more than half of Vikings health, ect. Almost like the Railgun, except a bit more damage. Now for the actual shooting part of my idea. If you fired the Missiler, it would release a missal that you would control in the air. The controls would be WASD or the arrow keys to move, and spacebar to explode the missal. Depending on how long you charged the gun, the missal would stay in the air for longer. For example, if you fired the gun at full charge, it would stay in the air for the maximum amount of time, say 5 seconds to find a target or explode in the air at the end of the timer. Once you fired the gun, a timer pop up would come on at the bottom. There would also be a non-seeking mode, similar to Shafts arcade mode. If you just press the spacebar, the missal would shoot in a straight line for 2-4 seconds, but with about half the damage as a seeking shot. These damage and range/time of the shot values are very flawed, and I expect them to change, but this is the genral idea. How do you guys like it?

It isn't a bad idea but for sure needs some work. As I highlighted in orange, you can't have a turret that has the same reload speed as thunder but does even more damage than railgun. It would completely unbalance the game... For a turret which gives the most damage per hit, it should have the slowest reload by far, not one of the fastest.

That sounds like a cool turret that would be fun to use, but fundamentally I think it would be too powerful. Currently, Shaft is the most powerful turret in the game in terms of maximum damage and range, but it suffers from a charge up time, poor arcade shot damage, and the need to expose oneself to charge up a shot. A turret with remote-controlled missiles capable of matching Shaft in damage and with the reload of Thunder would be infuriating to fight against, since the user could literally camp in a hole or in the back of their base and score kills every 2-3 seconds. There would also be almost no way to hide from such a missile. The non-seeking mode wouldn't see much use since the player could just fire a full power shot at closer distances with not many downsides.

 

With the existing turrets in the game, the only ones that can hit targets out of the line of sight are Thunder and Ricochet. The former requires that you shoot the environment to do it, which is tricky, has a limited radius, and does not deal much damage, and the latter requires that you stay pretty close in order to get the most out of the bounced shots. A remote control missile with significant flight time would be able to basically nullify cover while the user remains in perfect safety, which would be highly annoying and too strong.

Wasp=Speed-Low armor

...

...

Titan= armor-low speed-power

Mammoth= Armor-Low speed

So other hulls have different effects what right now meas nothing when choosing hull.

Do you check mass of the hull before buying it? Or check only speed and health?

For those hulls you would need to check other stats for hulls too..

 

And when something is posted here, it has 0.00001% chance of developer even seeing that post.

Wish there was a turret somewhat designed like the vulcan which shoots 5 missiles which has the capability to do high damage on a particular radius. This can be a very defensive gun with lot of reloading time but immense damage.

thunder m4 reload is tooo slow. why?????????????????????????

 

when you take mammot and thunder m4. 2 enemies is facing you you get only the chance to use 1 shot. 1 shot for a thunder m4. tanki online are you serious??????????? it should be 2 its reload else increase its damage. smoky m4 shot you 4 in front of your mammot and thunder m4 only 2. you do not think that you should stop comparing thunder reload with smoky tanki online. 

 

the only way is that you make thunder like it was before and its very good for this new update else its a waste of cry to buy thunder and make it m4. now in the game there is many paints 35. how much shot of thunder m4 you will need to kill enemies. only 1 that it ???????????

 

see how many are complaining about thunder.

firstly, you decrease its damage no one say anything, then you decrease its splash very down and you increase its damage a bit why this??????? now play with a thunder m4, you will see that "is there splash damaged in thunder????????", also no one say anything, but when you decrease its reload, what did you think no one will say anything???

 

tanki online have downgraded thunder in such a way that thunder m4 is the worst turret you can use now removing shaft.

railgun special effect must be removed in the game. for instance, turning turret while already pressing the shot and your opponent managed to avoid it but it still harm your life. these feature should be available only in xp or bp. i have experienced many many times in the game. i managed to hide myself near wall while the railgun just shot and unecpected harm your turret. my game is not lagging. i sure of it. these are facts that railgun cause other players to be angry(railgun cheating).

I have been thinking about an idea for smoky. Maybe we can have smart critical hit such as, With double damage, critical hit should be used to one shot a wasp. But this is just an idea to have smart critical hit.

Scorpion: This new tank will be able to move at a slow speed but is enabled to take a hell of a beating like its cousin mammoth but the thing is that it is able to move a lot faster but here's the catch it is able to do only so if the tank is under attack form enemy fire and the same a it were in danger to almost dying.

 

Assault is the new and improved turret with infant rang and damage being lethally good a far rang a close rang/ Also like its cousin thunder it has its set backs this a one big shot weapon and does damage if it is close to you this is a homing missile witch is in your control so that's my idea so i hope u might consider it!!!

You all know about protection modules, right??

 

What about modules that effect your turret, like damage, rotation and reload speed, to even the colour of the projectiles!! The limitations are endless

Hello

I would like to introduce you to design a new weapon created by me and by the player igh333.

The weapon is called "Gravity Gun."
It fired by rings of energy increasing with increasing distance of the dependent improvement (M) color. The colors are pale green ring on the M0, M1 blue, yellow and red on M2 to M3.

This weapon has two modes:
-ofensywny which tranship faster and shoots projectiles with less power.
-defensywny which requires longer charging weapons but it shoots projectiles with greater power.
Rings are growing at 7 meters by 0.6 meter in defensive mode and 0.3 meter in an offensive mode.
The weapon before firing in an offensive mode must warm up two seconds and a defensive 3 seconds.
A special ability to move weapons tanks flying through a ring of energy.
Here we put the parameters of weapons:
- Damage in defensive mode:
M0 = 65

M3 = 170
- Damage to an offensive mode:
