Ideas for Turrets!

Turret turns like in a real tank.

 

Shoots a projectile like the one Striker shoots but they are not self propelled so they slowdown.

 

Can shoot upward like Artillery, and gravity should affect the projectile's speed, so we can shoot targets on top of buildings easier.

 

The damages, splash and firing rate should be the same as Thunder.

That would be too overpowered buddy. Good idea though.

New turret - Canon

It will be a long pipe that will shoot balls like traditional canon used to it will be based on the mechanism of projectile motion we cannot move the turret but we can adjust its projectile angle (height) using z,x,c Its reload time would be around 7-8 seconds and as we press space bar the ball take some time to reach to the target that leads to delay but it will have a hefty damage of 60-70 it can be shooted over buildings if projected with perfect angle it damage would be a splash of circle of radius 1metre and if tank comes into this area it will get self-damage and reload time,damage , damage area can be increased or decreased 

Turret would look like this

instructions on the new magnum turret ?? can't seem to find anything on this , in order for me to think about getting it

 

also link info on each item in garage so new players or buyers can see info on each item / such as turrets link with turret info from the wiki even if its just the link to send the player to the main and also forum added..

 

info on hulls so players can choose what they want to buy before making the mistakes of wrong item..

I have a concept idea that has long been imagined by many Tanki Online players. That is an "Acid Turret". Now that the Magnum turret has been released, there is a total of 13 turrets to choose from in the garage, but I suggest to have only one more.

 

The Acid turret will be a turret that does normal damage when firing its acid spray, but the afterburn effect must deal 50% damage. That is more afterburn damage than Firebird.

 

The color of the acid sprayed by the Acid turret must be green to reflect corrosive acid eating enemy tanks.

 

What I want you folks to do here is to come up with an Acid turret design that is unique, original and best fits Tanki Online.

 

The acid turret must be a close range weapon like, Isida, Freeze and Firebird. This turret was in demand quite some time ago and I also asked for it before in one of my posts, but the developers completely ignored people's ideas and concept on this turret. I am not happy that developers refused to design the Acid turret. In my point of view, this turret is greatly needed as a close-combat range turret.

 

Please create your own Acid turret design and post them down here.

I really don't see the point in adding something like that. We already have Firebird dealing afterburn damage (similar to acid corroding a tank) and it just looks like you're basically asking for another Firebird, only with a lot more damage. This design isn't "unique and original" - it's pretty much the same as two of the already existing turrets.

Please try to get some ideas that you could plan yourself on making an acid turret which is different than all the other turrets in Tanki Online. The first thing is the green acid spray, then its long spraying pool and other parameters. Try to find an appropriate concept on how to implement an Acid turret into Tanki Online.

Its about the turret magnum, its the worst turret ever, tanki kindly return back my cry, i do not want to have such thing in my collection, its a total noob turret. Mostly, all shots are missed in long range battle, very very complicated to use, its the same as shaft, the only difference is the missiles. Useless turret, only ruin battles and gives more noobs on the team to make us loss. We do not want this turret, kindly refund back all our cry.

Its aiming must be improved, in long distance battle, you do not get the accurate shooting such as other turrets, and its reload is slow before you shoot other tank. Overall for this turret, i can give 2.5 out of 5.

A couple of suggestions:

 

While railgun is a great turret and is really fun to use, it's range of damage is incredibly large. While the idea of the range definitely needs to be kept, I would suggest it becomes a little smaller and more defined. An example that made me think of this- I was using my railgun m2 with double damage, I shot a hunter m1 (0/50 mu's) that had no protection against railgun and had no double armor. I didn't destroy it. No way should a railgun m2 with DD not be able to kill a non-mu'd hunter m1 with no DA. Continuing with railgun, there is also a very small difference between railgun m1 and railgun m2. I would suggest that this gap become a lot larger to better distinguish the two different levels (more like firebird, despite them being different range turrets). Right now, having railgun m2 is really only good to join XP/BP battles rather than to make a difference in battles. 

 

Twins is also a great turret, but with its nonexistent reload time, it's a little unfair that twins has such a high impact force. Wasp m2, hornet m2, viking m2, and hunter m2 are all shifted off their course by twins m1 (own experiences). The impact force is a little unfair, but the damage could even be increased to account for the loss of any impact force. All I'm saying is that a twins m1 from kind of far away shouldn't be able to throw a viking m2 off its course. 

 

While a response to my comments about railgun could be to just buy the railgun alteration, there are too many people who play with this turret that will not have this alteration or will not be willing to pay 100,000 crystals (assuming they would actually buy it during a non-sale) to get it. Some may say that it's part of the game, but I don't think that these "advantages" allow for better and more fair gameplay.

in other words that would make it nearly impossible to capture a flag or got cp points. The group staff of Tanki would inventively say a big fat NO to the new idea. -truthfully

Guys right now the Tanki administration is more worried about the new turrets that they just put into action. FYI Im supposing the last two turrets are probably the last turrets tanki is going to add to the game

  Dispenser: 1 Second Recharge, it lays down explosive tacks. If a tank rolls over it they are temporarily stunned and it does a DoT. (Damage over Time) When each tack disappears (20 seconds) they explode.

Honestly guys think about it there are waaaay to many turrets vs hulls am i right? The tanki adm. are probably still focused on fixing glitches in the new turrets than worry about ideas for turrets right? I mean in summer 2016 a vlog released by tanki only said the creation of two new turrets was going to be made no more no less. Also hulls are a better topic to talk about because there are more ideas that people have been suggesting for them in the persecute in making tanki make a new hull... _Get up and smell the roses

Modify Magnum and make the aiming like the aiming of Shaft accept it is from above. Note: you can hide under stuff to not me hit by it, and if you are under something you can't shoot very well
