I want Railgun buff for sure. Vulcan also needs a buff because it is now also getting outplayed by OP Thunder.

with all due respect , everyone who says railgun needs a buff either haven't used it or he's a newb , railgun does NOT need a buff at all , it's already really powerful , especially if it's using the high caliber ammo alteration ...

 

whenever I see a railgun in a battle ,even if it's  just 1 , I have to equip my protection module against it , because otherwise I will really suffer , on the other hand I'm using railgun on my alt account (M2 with alt) and it's extremely powerful , so -not to anyone's surprise- it doesn't need a buff .

It's pretty strong with or without alterations. Just use a hull that's more stable than Viking and you won't have to worry about getting your aim knocked around all the time.

the railgun min dmg is very low that make it very weak , a slight buff could make it greatly balanced !

Please... I've lost count on the number of times I've been one-shotted by drugged up rails.  They easily hit you from anywhere and hide. (peekabo) Instead. they should focus on improving the turrets that are actually in need of changes or under-powered such as Vulcan and Striker.

I would be fine if it had no high-caliber alteration. Tbh i never liked alterations anyways

As someone pointed out, they were supposed to change the gameplay of the turret while still keeping it balanced, but right now they're almost always an upgrade

Mhh has surely both Railgun alts (Shell Stabilisation, High Caliber) and camps all day so he thinks Railgun is good.

 

Mhh, try the Railgun without alts, you will have looooots of problems with these OP Thunders (I have Predator Kit on my alt gorgoblesk99 so I know how OP is Thunder).

I only use High caliber ammo , I don't even have the other one , and I don't camp , in fact I'm the one who always caps flags and scores goals in my team .

idk and idc , but u should understand this is not my main acc and i have finished the game more than 5 times and im playing on many many many many many alts acc just for fun ( low acc and med) i hate to play with legends its very very very boring :(.

alright then , since you finished the game many many many many many many times , you should know by now that railgun is super powerful , and it's extremely irritating to get 1 shot out of nowhere , you literally won't even have a chance to fight back or even know who shot you .

 

also don't make the alteration your excuse for the normal railgun being weak , everyone who purchases railgun M2 pretty much knows that the alteration is a must , afterall it costs 100k and that's a pretty high amount of crystals to pay , so you get what you pay for

 

even without the alt , normal railgun is still decent and powerful ,and buffing it will make the alteration even more OP (yeah you read it right) because it depends on percentages not on fixed amounts , so higher normal railgun damage = higher alteration damage .

Well there's nothing stopping them from nerfing the alt if normal Railgun gets buffed  :D

 

Although i agree Railgun does not need a buff. Railgun appearing underpowered is not an issue with the turret itself (it's pretty good against most turrets in the game) but rather in Smoky, Thunder, and Magnum. I think these turrets are a bit too powerful against Railgun, with Smoky and Thunder having both high DPS and high knockback (for Smoky also a chance of a powerful long-range snipe via crit at M0 and M1, and for Thunder splash damage), and Magnum being able to deal crippling damage to almost any tank on the map. These turrets probably could use a nerf, at least to their anti-Railgun power. Don't buff Railgun itself, unless it's just a minor one to impact force. 

 

There's also the thing with protection modules being broken and unfair to certain turrets but that's a different story

Railgun can not shoot out of nowhere because the barrel lights up for 1 second (after pressing Spacebar) before shooting. Camping enemy Thunder has enough time to hide behind a wall/building or to shoot the Railgun and knock its aim.

 

High Caliber alt costs 100000 crystals and that is just too much. It is basically the price of M2 Railgun. If that alt is really needed then Railgun player must pay 200000 crystals (for M2 Rail and HC alt) to be competitive against Thunder?

 

Damage of Railgun with High Caliber alt also needs a buff. Logically. Railgun needs lots of skill so it should be rewarded for that skill.
