Ideas for Turrets!

Game balance is currently funked up like its never been before, I hope that gets sorted out first before any of the above ideas are even implemented. And btw, this game is a game for "tanks" u guys are going meaninglessly off-topic with these ideas of yours. Appreciate the creativity and enthu but most of these aren't even related to the game

Kind of like railgun a bit?

Also would've been great if metallic paint could have an effect with this

 

well, if you read it carefully, it's nothing like railgun, railgun is more of a camping weapon, this turret is basically used to pin down enemies at a medium to close range.

I think they should add more projectile weapons to the game. There's so many hitscan weapons already.

Well, we have 4 non-hitscan weapons in game, if you exclude melee turrets. I feel another non-hitscan weap would be interesting  but there are so few ways to implement unique non hitscan weaps.

What isn't hitscan about them? "if {inrange} and {hasammo} then {damage} else {nodamage}"

Wait wait for which? That's a really vague comment. I say if you exclude melee because via technicality you still need to lead a beam of melee juices into a target to hit said target. This technically make melee turrets a hybrid hitscan/non-hitscan thingy.

But not directly hitscan, like Smoky. Or Shaft. Or Railgun. Or Thunder.

like waht we know railgun nerffed by 65% in 2016/10 its not exactily 65% from rail dmg only its from 2 part

 

Tanks burff ( 15% all tanks ) and railgun nerff ( 50% )

 

so calculate it = 65% dmg nerffed plus protcion its up it 75% !!!!!!! high dmg gun nerf by 65% so now its not high dmg gun :( and if a hornet has protcion 100% you need 3 shots to kill it :( see how tanki are unbalanced ... 

and dont ever never tell me about the altretion coz it dont even re the old railgun but make it even slower than the old railgun and it cost 200k ( m2 rail 90k and the altreiton 100k )

 

there are esay sloutions 

 

burff railgun by 40% 

or replace the railgun with the altretion in other way its mean

 

when some one make new acc the rail will be high dmg but slow reload

but when the someone but the altretion its make it like this railgun fast but weak dmg

there are a lot of solutions

and reply burff its need to be burffed its unfair to be high dmg gun weak :(

here is a test sir :) :

today i have made i test rail m2 vs m0 smokey guess who is the winner ? ! :)

 

the tank in test was m2 viking ( 2200 Hp )

 

Railgun hit in average 900 dmg , per shot take 4.70 seconds to reload , calculate it ...

 

900 one shot + 900 second shot = 1800 this mean railgun kill the viking m2 in 3 shots which mean in seconds 

... 4.70 + 4.70 + 4.70 = 14.5 seconds ! to kill a m2 viking :) nice not bad :)  :angry:  :angry: 

 

 

 

now m0 smokey ( min dmg 210 max 330 . in average is 260 , the fouth shot is critical hit 660 ) reload per hit 1.70 sec

 

per shot 260 calculate it ,,,

 

260+260+260+660+260+260+260 = 2220 and in seconds to kill 11.9 sec to kill a m2 viking nice  :angry:  :angry:  :angry: 

 

can you imagine high dmg gun ( rail ) lose against the weaket dmg gun in the game and on that its m0 !!!!!

 

 

waht about m1 or m2 or even m3 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! railgun the worst ever never ever never ever never !!!!!

I think there should be another turret that has the scope ability. Since I like to be the camouflaged sniper, I would want more options than Shaft. I'm thinking there should be a weapon like Thunder or Smoky that has the scope ability to target enemies better. There could also be a Shaft with splash damage, but that would undermine the one-shot ability. 

I disagree. You want a scope, you use shaft. End of story. We don't need more turrets. The last new turret ruined the game...

Pretty much. I also consider Railgun to fall under the same category as the melee turrets because the term "hitscan" as a whole implies that there's 0 delay between shot fired and target hit. Railgun actually has a minor delay, and can miss if not given a bit of lead. But for all intents and purposes, it's essentially hitscan.

Now now, no need to be rude. I do agree with him though, we need another scoped weapon or perhaps a modification that can mounted on a turret that allows it to use a rudimentary zoom for like 5k crys.

I still stand by my radar idea. It would be neat to be able to report positions of enemies, such as that Magnum you can't seem to find. *Nudge nudge*

That might be Hornets OverDrive... "crystal ball" sounds like it fits the bill.

How about fixing thunder? I am sick and tired of the self- destruct being stronger than the destroy.

I don't want to hear about the alteration.

I do . The distances from other tanks is the problem. When they start coming towards me and I shoot to the side or farther away.

And I still self-destruct.

Not going to buy different hull, paint, alteration and so on. Mama did not raise a fool.

Not really, because firebird has afterburn freeze will slow you down and isida will continue contact. If you get touched by them then you are going to take continuous damage. Best thing to do is drop a mine and run. They will not expect it. I do it and it saved me half my flags

Once again, if you let that Firebird within range you're doing it wrong. Unless it flanked you if you start moving away before it can get to you you'll maintain a pace slightly ahead of it.

Like how hard is it? Once again, unless you were too focused on something else, he shouldn't just appear behind you. Learn to prioritize targets based on who can be killed later and who's more urgent.

Let's make a new short ranged guns as their are only 3 short ranged guns

1)Firebird

2)Freeze

3)isida

RULES

Don't it too overpowered because if it is released in tanki online it will be like everyone one will have the gun everytime

 

Don't keep it like isida,firebird or freeze only with a new model and those things
