Ideas for Turrets!

with thunder m3 i always deal more than 1000 damage on my alt when i have double damage and its too much. Without the opposition using protections it would be greatly overpowered which means it needs to be nerfed since this is a game about balance (not taking into account the modules)

I believe I may not have spoken clearly. My suggestion isn't to remove Thunder protections, my suggestion is to buff Thunder.

The blue color is calming to the eye, therefore i will keep on using it to make readers feel more comfortable. Also its my color xD

I think it has everything to do with your equipment level.

I have Hornet M1 with 1400 health and I fight against Hornet M3 with 1750 health. Both M1 and M3 Hornet are 2-shot by double damage Thunder splash.

Shaft has been an underrated weapon for a while now, especially after the adding of the laser. You should add splash damage to basically give it a chance against other turrents, also, it should be the only weapon with absolutely equal splash damage.

 

Alternatively give it a ricochet option that would allow its strategic use :)

UNDERRATED is when you said in you post. A weapon should not be changed because it is underrated, only if it is underpowered. Although, it would be nice to have shafts penetration added back. Not sure about splash though, especially since we already have 3 other weapons that do splash.

When shaft still had its penetration ability, it outclassed railgun in every aspect.

 

When Shaft still didn't have its laser feature, it was overpowered due to the fact that it could camp in one spot for a very long time without being spotted. Now you have to smart about hiding your laser to not be spotted if you intend to snipe.

New turret: Tractor beam

 

I know that you're probably thinking that this has got to be the silliest idea for a turret that you have ever heard, and you could be right. Nonetheless, I still want to know you think.

So it's main and distinguished feature would be the fact that it can move things around from a distance. If a tank hits a surface hard when the beam is shooting at them, then that tank will receive damage upon impact.

So what do you think?

I think you should add the self-healing back to Isida because it really helped when fighting people with it considering it doesn't do that much damage and other weapons do a lot more damage than it, It would greatly improve the chances of Isida players to get kills and more XP

what about a flammable gas grenade? than igniting it with a big whoosh of fire, i dunno   :wacko:

or maybe a super heat laser beam that can shoot down striker missals  :o

or what about a "sound wave" cannon, kinda a mix of vulcan and freeze, without the freezing, but a visual distortion feature to your enemy's sight?  i dunno just some shower-thoughts  :rolleyes:

Ban isida from deathmatch.

 

They are not healing anyone so they are just a huge nuisance and they always slip up behind you before you know it. They are all cowards and won't come to your front, no they sneak up behind you. 

Would you like to face a drugging M4 Isida at close range instead  :P

Railgun Shot Thing

 

Please fix the "bug" where if you are fighting with railguns and you shoot at the same time but you die first but you still shoot it does no damage but with Rico or twins you can kill people when you are dead

This is not a bug, and makes sense with the nature of the turrets . When your Railgun is charging, the shot "bullet" hasn't left the barrel, so it gets destroyed with the tank and therefore won't hit the enemy after your tank is destroyed. With twins or ricochet, the shot leaves the barrel and travels to the enemy tank. So, if you get destroyed after the shot already leaves, it hits the enemy.

I don't think you understand what he was saying .

 

 

sometimes you both shoot at the same time but HE kills you and you don't damage him , the reason behind that is the delay between you taking the shot and IT reaching the servers , since you see his shot that means it already reached the servers , but your shot didn't , so you're basically dead in the servers and your shot did not even occur . unfortunately that cannot be fixed .

Maybe if both turrets fire within, IDK, 1/4 second of each other, they both hit? Seems like a solution.... TBH this thing has made XP/BP very difficult to play, sometimes I see my turret fire a full second before my enemies, but he still shoots first. Never vice versa.
