Ideas for Turrets!

there is no need of. turret but there should be a programmed tank or. a program clone that make sure that there is no type of hacking practices. and can see another tank request and more such as goldbox and more this will make. battle more fair tanki developers just think about it :-) :-D :-D :-V

Okay, i have an idea. If anyone's ever read Tom Clancy's "Splinter Cell", they would know about sam fischer's wide assortment of weapons, all in one gun, the S20. now, i had the same idea. this turret would fire multiple round types( you have to buy the rounds) each with a unique charecteristic, such as a camera that allowed you to clear corners in a tight map. another one would be like a tazer, stunning the tank for 5 secs, etc. etc. this just an idea, but if you look at it, it's a good idea.

There will have to be a limit of how many types of rounds you can carry and an infinite type of round that is just a normal.

This hull will be a medium hull that is faster than the viking, but the same armor. There would be a new sniper. It would be like the hammer, but longer and more power, but not as much power as the shaft. It would have a sniping mode like the shaft

Same armor but more OP? Answer; No. Why another sniper with just a different design instead of feature?

I really supported the ideas for a Rocket launcher and an Artillery cannon/Grenade launcher. :)

 

The Grenade Launcher Stats: (composed by deadtoyou, subject to change)

 

Weaknesses:

Unable to aim lower than 15 degrees.

The reload time should be twice that of Shaft, but the damage would be increased as a result.

The turn radius would be more than Railgun but less than Shaft.

Once in MiniMap mode, you are immobilized and vulnerable.

Enemy team will see the laser point on the ground where the impact point will be.

 

Strenths:

Very high damage, almost as much as Shaft.

The ability to hit targets under cover.

The damage would be split between 3 grenades, allowing for a bigger hit radius.

3 grenades fired consecutively equals the damage of 1 shot.

Holding down space would bring up a 2D version of the map, allowing you to hit targets anywhere on any map. This option would have a weakness, though: You cannot see the enemy team, just the map, meaning you have to pick your targets BEFORE you fire.

The map will show you where your turret is pointing, and where the impact point will be in the form of red crosshairs.(changable by using the Arrow Keys or W, A, S, and D)

your idea is good but this weapon wont be popular or useful cuz having very less reaload time 

see it shuld be like this:-

 

M1-----

damage 89 hp         full recharged 115 hp

reload 5.10 sec

 

M2-----

damage 106 hp         full recharged 115 hp

reload 4.69 sec

 

M3-----

damage 128 hp         full recharged 150 hp

reload 4.10 sec

 

but this weapon would be very advanced than the other ones cuz of the ability of draw under cover, show on map where the gun is and all that :D

Acidex is one of the best turrets for close combats. When you continously shoot at your enemy, your enemy's gun cannot shoot for three and a half seconds but he can move his tank and turret. Compared to other short ranged turrets, it has less damage but unlike other short ranged turrets, it also has impact force. Works great on small and medium hulls.

I would like to see a turret like the turret of the new russian tank Armada

It is Armata, not armada (has nothingy to do with a army, but more with a weapon; arms.. but the russian version of if)

i would say it will be nice if we got some guns that can destroy any kind of hulls with one shot , like ( bomb drop's ) a gun has the form of this picture:

but of course this bomb launcher would be fixed up on the hull , like regular turrets with lazer aim to detect the other tank while targeting it .

also add the abilities to destroy a tank that use  double armor with one shot . to make it more balanced the reloading should be slow.

Actually, that does not help. For one thing, the reload time decreases when you upgrade, you are saying that M3 has more reload time (Over a full second) than M1. :blink:

 

Also 49, 75, and 84 HP is way to low for a weapon with reload time higher than Railgun. the stats you posted make my idea WAY to underpowered.

That's what i was thinking. you could a limit of three different rounds plus the normal rounds. that would reduce the op-ness of the turret.

I actually agree with him. the reload time on my railgun is 7 secs and does 88 max damage in one shot. if i remember correctly, m1 rail has a 6 sec reload and does up to 100 max damage if left generic. the way you laid out the stats for the turret he suggested, it makes it extremely underpowered. my hammer's stats are better than the stats you laid out at m0! it's ridiculous!

I think a rocket launcher is a good idea. BUT people are making the rocket launcher sound TOO OP. The rocket launcher should do massive damage (like 125%-150% of the shaft damage) BUT HAS A VERY LONG RELOAD TIME. The rocket launcher should also have splash damage And the splash damage should depend on where the rocket landed from the enemy or you. The Rocket launched from the rocket launcher should also have gas (aka range) so that the rocket can't go on forever. Also when you fire the rocket launcher some smoke should come out of the rocket so enemies can find you (also to make the rocket launch not too op) The rocket when fired should have a lot of recoil ( so that people with the wasp can't fire and move around all the time) The rocket can't lock onto people too     (TOO OP)

How many of you love missile launcher well I love it too.It could be the same like thunder.For example,if you shoot an opponent who is near you,you will self destruct.If the missile launcher was there we could name it "Bazoka"

New turret - Canon

It will be a long pipe that will shoot balls like traditional canon used to it will be based on the mechanism of projectile motion we cannot move the turret but we can adjust its projectile angle (height) using z,x,c Its reload time would be around 7-8 seconds and as we press space bar the ball take some time to reach to the target that leads to delay but it will have a hefty damage of 60-70 it can be shooted over buildings if projected with perfect angle it damage would be a splash of circle of radius 1metre and if tank comes into this area it will get self-damage and reload time,damage , damage area can be increased or decreased
