guys some of the opponents in the red team or blue team gets the gold box easily cuz the gold box is falling at the opponents empire this gives them more advantage its not fair

Gold boxes have different drop zones located in areas of both teams. Also, there is a mark on the ground which shows where the gold box is going to drop. So, it just depends on you luck. If it dropped to only one place - the middle of the map, gold hunting wouldn't be so fun.

The gold box is a random bonus that's only supposed to be a fun event to spice up sometimes monotonous gameplay. It's not meant to be a main feature of the battle, therefore there is no need to put too much effort into making in fair for both teams. If it's important to you that the fact that on a particular map one side has an advantage over the other when it comes to catching the gold, then you can always just enter the side with the advantage (e.g. on Noise always play for red since it's easier for them to catch gold).
