Idea for Staff Day

Hello! I've thought about Staff Day! Staff Day is a day where all Players that work in Staff are Rewarded and being respected  :) The day can be 2 Days, the date will be chosen by tankionlineen (He created Tanki) :D

The prizes can be:

1. 20 000 Crystals for each.
2. 150 all kind of Supplies.
3. A special avatar for them during the Staff Day.           

What do you think guys? Please reply.

^Yes, but many people are unaware of staff and their workings. Staff members are already shown respect by announcing Best Helpers of the month, but I guess a day dedicated to them will be nice. :)

Absolutely. We get enough reward and respect from players, We don't need anything else. Besides, we are obliged to act and think of ourselves as ordinary players, just with more responsibilities. We are not supposed to think of ourselves as superior to normal players and this suggestion goes against that ideology..

 

What I would like to see added is a reward system for normal players, who put a lot of effort helping moderators control the forum despite not being a part of the official moderation team. There are a few common forum users I would definitely like to give such a reward to  ;)

Staff already get crystals for their work, already have special avatar, already have a lot of respect and even get a special paint... And they get these 24/7... Perhaps there is no need for a special day as every day might just be 'Staff Day' ;)

That is practically not possible since many players help around on the forum. If this is implemented, thousands more will come declaring that they help people :p

It is to avoid this chaos that we have official helpers. :)

Not really a very good idea, IMO. It'll be very hard to track and it will also lead to a huge bunch of players helping with the sole intent of gaining the reward, maybe even misinforming players in the process.

Simple. They don't get a reward. And people get banned for posting misleading info.

And how will helpful players be tracked? There is no fair way to do it. Besides, the time of the moderators is better spent in helping players rather than scratching their heads about who deserves to get a reward. Those who are truly helpful will eventually apply and get selected for a staff position. Why complicate matters so much?
