I agree with AOFox. There is no definite way of tracking normal players. Besides, they don't help with the intention of gaining reward. (At least, most of them don't)

Simple. They don't get a reward. And people get banned for posting misleading info.

In any case, this will lead to chaotic conditions in the forum. Better to prevent it altogether.

I think staff already earns enough money, and are already too much respected.

 

About the avatar, yes, why not.

While I certainly think that we get enough already such as; the status, an avatar, a reward, and a paint, I must disagree with your post as much as I disagree with this idea of staffers being given more rewards. "already too much respected" doesn't ring well to me. Some players are so kind, and their compliancy allows us to do our work more efficiently, and makes our lives happier. Then there are players who think we are the developers, and can just make crystals rain from the sky. Though as the last stereotype, you have the people who intentionally go out of their way to slow us down, create issues, attempt to beat around the edges of the rules, etc. In some cases you might say that people, "worship" staff member too greatly, but you can never give someone enough respect. Now all of the above given examples were in regard to being a staff member, but this exact point goes for everyone. I cannot more deeply express that respect is something that is universally deserved by everyone, and you can never give anyone too much.

 

As a final note, to address the idea directly. I do not believe we need this at all. We are given enough, and most Helpers work with such a humble attitude it is a pleasant reminder that we are all just players in this community. As Mafio and Mostafa said earlier, we're just here to help, and we're just players elevated in status to allow us to reach out, and help others more efficiently, and keep this community running smoothly.
