Valid XP/BP auto-change

As you probably know, when you want to join an XP or BP battle, and you're not in the right equipment, something pops up telling you that you have to change. I think a system should be implemented that asks if you want it to automatically change into XP or BP equipment. This keeps you from having to go to your garage. Also, if the desired battle is almost full, and you're not in the right equipment, this system keeps you from easily missing a chance of getting into it.

 

Currently, the only drawback that I see is that the system would have to pick a random paint.

 

Any other drawbacks?

I think that if you have a legal XP combo, (for example, M2: Railgun, Hornet, Fracture) then there should be a hotkey or an auto-equip button that will give you the ability to join an XP battle instantly without haggle or checking to see if you have the right things equipped.

Pelase make two buttons, cause if you enter a XP/BP battle youi may choose if you like to enter with a XP combo or a BP combo.

You still have to have an M2 rail to enter.

I hope noobs don't invest into M2 rail.. if they don't know how to use it ;)

 

and.. honestly.. once in the past we all have been noobs as well. They need their chance to skill up ;)

And if you don't have the necessary equipment?

It's better to have a system that keeps you out if you don't have the right combo equipped. This idea is good because then you can change automatically without having to load your garage.

it depends on the rank i mean  u need m2 or m3 to join & your garage wil load straight away after u join but your tank will not spawn until you've changed

thats alos good but if theres only space for 1 player & if u havent equiped railhornet that player would miss out on joining that battle

If the change-to-XP-combo button is here, I have my slot reserved, can join, can imediatly start with the right combo. Whey make the others teammates wait until I went to garage and come back?

I see no benefit of that "join but don't spawn until you have changed". Can you explain that to me, if I am wrong pls?

This is a rather interesting idea. However, I think the reasoning behind as to why the system was implemented in the first place was for people who weren't aware of what XP or BP is. I'll be honest for the majority of my Tanki experience, i didn't know what XP BP was until resent updates and discussion with other players. By allowing the pop-up to occur, a player is able to know what kind of battle he/she is entering plus to see if they really have the right equipment to qualify. After all, we don't want clueless players joining battles tended for experience professionals.

So I thought of a very simple idea:

 

In XP battles:

• If you have M2 Railgun and M2 Hornet, your equipment will change to M2 Railgun and M2 Hornet with any paint you own with 20% Railgun protection. If you do not own the right paint, you will not be able to join the battle.
• If you have M2 or M3 Railgun and M3 Hornet, your equipment will change to M2 or M3 Railgun and M3 Hornet with any paint you own without Railgun protection.

 

In BP battles:

• If you own M2 or M3 Railgun and M2 Wasp, your equipment will change to M2 Railgun and M2 Wasp with any paint you own with 10% Railgun protection. If you do not own the right paint, you will not be able to join the battle.
• If you own M2 or M3 Railgun and M3 Wasp, your equipment will change to M2 or M3 Railgun and M3 Wasp with any paint you own without Railgun protection.

 

In XP/BP battles:

• If you own M2 or M3 Railgun, your equipment will change to Railgun.
• If you own M2 Hornet (and M0 or M1 Wasp), your equipment will change to M2 Hornet with any paint you own with 20% Railgun protection.
• If you own M3 Hornet (and M0 or M1 Wasp), your equipment will change to M3 Hornet with any paint you own without Railgun protection.
• If you own M2 Wasp (and M0 or M1 Hornet), your equipment will change to M2 Wasp with any paint you own with 10% Railgun protection.
• If you own M3 Wasp (and M0 or M1 Hornet), your equipment will change to M3 Wasp with any paint you own without Railgun protection.
• If you own M2 Hornet and M2 Wasp, your equipment will change any of the two hulls you use more often and put the right paint on. If you, for example use Hornet more, but don't have the right paint, your equipment will change to Wasp instead.

• If you have M2 Hornet and M3 Wasp, your equipment will change to M3 Wasp with any paint you own without Railgun protection.

Well the topic cover the besic idea. Wouldn't it be easier for XP players to change for the XP combo if they click on a format battle? I recently went over this kind of a situation where i waited for a good CP 100 XP battle and suddely realized that I didn't have the XP combo. Thank you.
