Weapon Protection Trade

So what I basically mean is that for exampple if I have jaguar (I do btw) it gives 23 against freeze 10 friebird and 5 thunder, I propse that I should be able to change like the 23 percent freeze to 23 thunder and 5 freeze. The pros to this are if you for exampple get prodigi and find 1 protection needed but useless, then you can swap it

While this might be interesting, there would be no way for which you could assess what protection your enemy has even if you know all of the paints' protections by heart. The apparent solution to this issue is to design a singular paint for which protects from three different turrets. As by doing this, you can always know for certain that your opponent will be protected from one of those three to a significant level. Furthermore, to keep it balanced, as the paint might be argued to be overpowered, the percentile of change would have to be minute, and the protection percentile average in general would have to be rather low.

Bad idea in my opinion.

One good thing about having unique paints is that you'll know how much protection an enemy has against a given weapon. Thunder users will know to be wary of Cedar users, Railguns will know to be wary of Prodigis, etc. If this idea was implemented, I'd have no idea how I should fight someone with, say, Prodigi.

Normally, Prodigi has a lot of Railgun protection, a good amount of Thunder protection, a bit of Shaft protection, and a tiny amount of Firebird protection. Normally, it's fine to use Firebird and Shaft against Prodigi users since you know the protections well, but if that guy decided to switch up the stats, maybe my Firebird or Shaft wouldn't be effective at all. Most people would tend to avoid using Firebird, Shaft, Thunder, and Railgun entirely due to the possibility of them being protected by it, and nobody really benefits, since Prodigi is useless if nobody's using those four turrets.

I think MUs of paints already make the situation bad enough. I'd hate it if protections were made even more random.

MOd just lock this none even listens to me

Is that your final request?

Has anyone heard of the word "positive" ?

The idea doesn't seem "positive" for the game play due to the fact that people will be more confused about the paint's protection if the protection is switched around.
