Double XP for Mine Kills

Hi Guys,

The title pretty much explains my idea. I think that people should be rewarded more for mine kills, as most of the time they are used very skillfully. And double XP for one mine kill won't cancel out XP booster kits, as it is a lot more challenging for someone to kill someone with a mine than with their standard weapon.

Ok, lets say I use mines all the time for CTF defense. I just lay tons down and rake in the kills.

 

And XP.

I'm not sure about using mines skillfully. I mean sure, being able to drop a mine on an opponent below you can take some timing, but mass-mining to defend a flag really just requires perspective of the map. If I see a guy mining, I don't really see them as a skillful player. If I see someone drop a mine on someone lower than them and destroy them, then i see them as someone who knows what their doing.

I totally disagree about mine use being "Skillful". Surrounding the flag in mines takes 0 skill. Placing a mine when someone if following you is common sense and dropping a mine after you climb on top of an almost stationery Mammoth also takes very little effort. If anything, I would lower the XP given for a mine kill, but definitely not increase it.

There is little chance to kill someone with mine, and also, you have to know where should you put a mine.

you write it have to be if i kill 50 kills and i got 100 crytals it must change to 500crytals

placing mines does take some skill, like the timing and placement and thats pretty much it and not as much skill as using turrets and hulls so i dont think extra xp for mine kills would work

its bad because it gives too much xp
