Can you change my email?!

So im playing tanki and then bam it logs me off. So i first thing that someone hacked my account and i change my password. I go to setting and click on "Change password and e-mail". I changed my password a couple of times and i know that youll get a letter to your e-mail. I wait for like 2 hours and nothing happends. I try it 4 more time and nothing happeneds.

 

SO IM ASKING YOU CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE MY EMAIL TO ANOTHER ONE?! Please i beg you

What is you email? Is it outlook.com??

I have faced such situations from outlook that I was forced to change to another email address.

Please do not say (can you change my email). 

 

 

Check all the notifications and folders of your email. If you do not find any email, then you need to contact the support team help@tankionline.com

 

 

CHANGING EMAIL 

 

1.Log in

2. Click on the Settings button from the top right of the Account panel

 

3. Click on the 'Change password and email' button

 

 

Attention! If you do not see this button^, but 3 empty fields, it means your email isn't bounded to your account - bound it!

 

A new window will appear, telling you that a link for changing email and password was sent to your email box

 

5. Go to your email box, find the letter from Tanki. There, you will see a link - click on it

 

 

You will be loaded to a special page where you can change your email. Type the new email you want and press 'Save'

You will see a new window, saying your email was changed successfully

 

 

8. A verification link will be sent to the new email - open that link

Please check if the email your account is attached to is same as the email you are entering.
