What If you skip upgrades the paramiters will be different then the original m3 instead if 110 damage it's 100 and so on it will affect all parameters by 10% if you skip upgrades

The kit gives you M2 (or M1) as well, but they are free because TO is rewarding you for saving up and waiting. ^_^

TO never said anything, but some things go unsaid, like how they reward you for saving and waiting by giving you a kit that discounts M2 Firebird when you still have M0.

no, it gives u discount irrespective that u have M1 or M0 or none of that turret/hull.......right?

Right. It gives you the discount on whatever the kit says the modification is.....for example, If I bought the Legend kit, (Railgun/Hornet M3) but my Railgun was M0, the price would be the same if I had M2.
