It wasnt a bad idea at all, but the fact that they were talking about IP taken into account for this action is a very bad idea. But what about changing it from the already existing settings? Tanki online could get way more addictive just by adding flags!

I have nothing against patriotism, a person should be proud of whichever country he/she is from, but adding a person's country in front of their username is pretty much asking for violators to start racial and cultural discrimination against people. This creates more problems than convenience for the said users and creates an even worse workload, for chat moderators especially. For now, if someone wants to show country spirit publicly, he or she can simply say it whenever they feel like the need arises, instead of having it attached to them wherever they go.

I feel the opposite - the benefits outweigh the drawnacks. Every single day in battle I face the same issue - do I talk to someone in English or Russian? If I could just press Tab or click on their name to check their nationality, it would be much easier to communicate.

In a tab or when you press v/r. I don't know. Seems the whole world is mad at the Americans for one reason or another. I think, as of now, I'd say no. I'd rather not be stalked because of where I live.

In my opinion, USA is the best country in the world. Perfect democracy, perfect laws,

strong army, navy, marines and air force, beautiful nature, cool anthem, just the president is little bit weird...

 

People from central Europe look up to the USA because USA won WW1 and WW2. That is very important for us.

I agree with you, but we are hardly perfect. There's no such thing as a perfect society or a perfect government. They all have their flaws. Yes, we have our allies, but we also have enemies and those enemies have allies. No doubt some of them play Tanki. That's all I'm going to say. 

 

EDIT: There have already been some players who have spoken out on the forums how they have been sabotaged in some way because the players said something in English in battle chat. Apparently, they would have been fine if they had said nothing.

Each Country has its own flag and within that Country each sector had its own flag. Like the US, we have the Country flag and each state has its own flag. Wouldn't that be the same in UK? The UK has its own flag and England, Wales, Scotland has its own flag. So, wouldn't @RIDDLER_8 use the UK flag?
