Slow-mo effects

Hello guys.I want to record video of my gameplay..I know a lot of recorders I can record with but I want a recorder that can record the gameplay and  can put Slow-mo effects as well..

 

Can someone help me?

 

-I love slow-mo effects

 

-splitterpoint inspired me to make videos of slow-mo effects.

 

-I want my video to look like Splitterpoint's video

I did the slowmotion with a frame interpolation engine.

And the screenrecorder is integrated in my graphics card.
