How to prevent a Nightmare

The things above are scientifically accurate. I am studying biology and human behavior, there are so many factors that affect your sleep cycle. This is just one.

Well done, AA. +1 :)

If you want to fly in your dreams (these ones are the best, come on) you need to take the risk of getting a nightmare; and sleep on your back.

Write down on a piece of paper ''I'm going to fly'', ''I'm a pigeon'' or something similar several times before you're going to sleep... from my experience this works most of the time. You can even watch a video on youtube about birds (earth flight is pretty effective) or skydivers.

On the other hand, lying on your back does increase the change of getting a nightmare like Mr.Alpha stated.

If you're going to sleep on your side, you'll likely have boring dreams, or forget them when you wake up.

So be a pigeon..

I really want to have Dreams ._.

I dont get them often but when I got... not even 1/4 of what I wanted it to be :(

like I want to have an epic dream, it ends up to a drama ._.

I rarely get dreams too. Maybe once a month. And then I don't even remember most of them.

I know right!

I was always able to predict my own dreams... until I reached the age of 12.

Yeah, I could actually control mine until that age. Maybe there's some scientific reason for it?

Puberty perhaps?
