yep. like if my cousin (a boy, not a girl) was sleeping with me and there wasn't a pillow to separate us at least, I usually find it disturbing because I'm used to sleep alone Edited by BlueDragon_tamki

The things above are scientifically accurate. I am studying biology and human behavior, there are so many factors that affect your sleep cycle. This is just one.

did u know about the idea of sleep disruption where a amount of light is shined using a device on the sleeper's eyes? this makes the sleeper more aware that the dream is a dream and in affect gives the sleeper a certain amount of control over the dream. I'm a really light sleeper in the first place so most times I can't just tell my dream to do whatever I want. I think that is an interesting solution, however, I bet it doesn't let u sleep as well either because REM is really important.

I fall asleep when I feel cold, but can't wake up while freezing. For waking up is the opposite. :lol:
