Decreasing graphics in game settings makes game play worse!

my fps and ping are BETTER when all my graphics settings are yes/tick, which is already laggy and horrible to begin with, WHEN I MAKE MY GRAPHICS LOWER MY COMP HANGS AND FPS BECOMES SINGLE DIGIT and ping flys to heaven......, wth is the point of that

Normally reducing graphics quality results in higher performance. It would be out of the question for the performance to drop on low graphics quality. Are you sure you do not use a Chrome-based browser?

 

Try standalone for TO. It does seem to lag when Dynamic shadows is ticked, but it runs smoothly that than of Browsers with other settings.
