crystals stolen by someone

from the last 2 months  I got my 15 000 crystals and then 29 000 crystals stolen and now 22 500 crystals stolen please guys I need a help I want my hornet m2 but I don't know whenever I save crystals somebody opens my account and buys something I cannot change my password also becoz the email which it is linked to is blocked please tanki I need my crystals back please I need help

change the password of your tankionline account

also the password of your email address in case someone has the password for it as well

Please contact help@Tankionline or contact admins

Try to recover your email by your phone or there are many features the change your password :)

You can buy hornet m2 soon :D

E-mail help@tankionline.com from another e-mail address and tell them about your situation. They'll ask you some questions, answer them perfectly correct. They'll help you and change the password and the e-mail of your account. Just contact them frankly, and freely. They can also return your crystals (no jokes). Try to recover your email address linked to the account, If you do get the email account unblocked link it with a mobile phone for double protection.

If you own any spare email address, Email them, Explain the problem your facing, They will return your crystals.

How to give supplementary answers over and over.. :blink:

 

If some other player has already answered the question(s) asked completely then there is no need for others to do the same by changing the sentence, of the same meaning as the first reply, into one's own words. It wont be necessary most obviously.

Only Tech support can help with crystal loss issue, account issue & Email issue(s) along with all other issues(including Nickname changes and things of such category). Nothing can be done on the forums about this situation. Good luck!
